I’m guessing by 2017 the price of 50 little baby wings will be up to $ 70!

Place was great! Katie was a great server, definitely attentive and always making sure we were well taken care of.

My boyfriend and I came here last night after some Christmas shopping. The restaurant was busy but we found 2 seats at the bar top. We sat there for about five minutes before any one of the 3 bartenders acknowledged us. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, the appetizer came quickly but my boyfriend sent it back from being cold. They quickly got us a new order.
Not one of the bartenders came back to see if we would like to order anything else so my boyfriend waved down one of the girls since we were never informed of their names. Again, the food came fast for how busy they were and everything tasted good. I’m happy we had everything we needed because no one came back to make sure. I would have ordered another beer and more food if the service had been much better but instead we cashed out and went somewhere else. This was our 1^st visit to this location and we will not be back.

I came here with my friends to celebrate. We ordered our drinks and appetizer. Server came couple times in between to ask us if we are doing good. So as usual I said we are good right now. After 10 mins passes we get our bill. Come on that’s biggest «Turn Off» in service industry. We came out on Saturday night to have a good time at hooters and that’s the service I get. When I said that just for future reference don’t do that to customer. As courtesy she should have said sorry but she didn’t even do that. Talked to manager and she said its their policy to do so (give out bills to customers while they are dining in) but give me a break we had just ordered couple drinks each and appetizers how the hell you think we are done. I don’t recall that policy in last 10 years I have been coming to Hooters. One thing for sure that I won’t be even thinking to come to this location ever.

I would have given 0 stars if I could! From the time we walked into the door we were treated badly. My husband is a United States Marine veteran! He was questioned relentlessly about his id for a 10 wing order on Veterans Day! Who does that? Then the check was thrown at his face! If this location is a reflection of the restaurant as a whole that is truly sad.

UPDATE:
We had friends in from out of town and we were originally going to Moe’s when as we were about to pass Hooters one friend excitedly remarked they wanted to go to hooters, since they were visiting I figured that maybe the third times the charm…
Con: I ordered 10 boneless in medium with tater tots hoping for an upgrade of flavor and appearance from the last experience… and I was dissapointed.
One: Our food seemed to have taken forever, causing us to be late getting ready for a friends wedding, ultimately making us late to the ceremony.
Two: They arrived just as flavorless and unappetizing as the last meal I encountered, slathered in greasy butter… Just stop it with the butter… this isn’t Paula Deen’s.
Sauce is far more appropriate for wings than whatever it is that is currently drizzled on the wings. Two of us did not enjoy the meal at all one spoke up, I decided since our lovely server Monika working so hard, I didn’t want to be a bother to her.
Three: the stomach upset after made the wedding reception quite hard to enjoy, still being plauged by general grossness the day after and not wanting to eat to avoid further upset.
This time is definitely the last, unless by some sad chance a friend or family celebrates something there… I will just stick to the water.
Plus side: the ranch was much better!

I love the food; unfortunately, the ladies’ bathroom could use an air freshener. The bathroom itself was clean but the urine smell was very powerful!

My wife and I decided to go here for lunch one Sunday. It was packed, but we only had to wait for about 5 minutes to be seated. My wife had steamed crab legs, and I had the baja burger with pepper jack. We also ordered the the lotsa tots. Food was average, what I would expect from hooters. The service was not the fastest, but that didn’t really take away from the experience. Not bad overall.

My experience with this hooters went something like this, Sunday at 5pm I called to place an order for pick up, immediately after I said I’m calling to place an order I was placed on hold… for 12 minutes! I wasn’t much in a hurry as we were driving back from the mall, finally when they answered the phone I was asked the same question and once Again was placed on hold before I could even say anything more.
Thanks for wasting almost 20 minutes of my time, I’ll take my money somewhere else.

Slow slow… Took a while to get a drink and almost 1hr to get any food. It was a Thursday night

Our server, Jennifer S, has been fantastic. She has stopped by our table frequently and asked if we were good. She has filled all our requests. The host, Melissa, is two weeks in and was very friendly. She even came by to check on us as well and answered our questions. The other servers look to be friendly and constantly working.
On the other hand… the manager, is micro-​managing. She is making the environment very uncomfortable by standing in places while she just watches all the different staff members instead of actually helping out by doing the work. She has been staring very strongly at the back of our servers head while she was helping us and answering our questions about the area. The manager needs to be retrained on how to make a friendly environment. a good beginning would be to watch the Hidden Boss episode about Hooters.

I have been to Hooters many times before and had good experiences. This was however different. They sat both of us promptly and a waitress came by to take our order. She was friendly. We ordered naked wings with Caribbean jerk and Thai honey spice, blackened chicken salad and baja burger.
It took forever to serve our wings. I know it takes more time for naked wings than the regular ones, but 20 minutes? seriously? The wings finally came and they weren’t good. The dry rub one’s had no rub on them and the thai wings had very little sauce. I had wings at hooters before and they were quite flavorful. Then our salad and burger came along, both of them were pretty good.

It’s not always about the wings. Love the shrimp and the blackened mahi fish sandwich. Great cold beer and excellent waitresses. Nice beer specias. Get the Hooters calender
Well worth it!

Not that pleased about this place.
The weitress was very nice in the bigining so I assumed everything else was going to be great. To my disappointment, the food took over 20 minutes. We didn’t get plates until after food was served. The kids food was very hot, even hotter than our wings. Our waitress kind of forgot about us. It didn’t seem that busy eather.
The only thing I liked was the margarita.
I think people come here more for the girls than the food. I didn’t think the quality of food is that good for the price.

Although my order was just a wings pickup, Paige was fantastic. She came from behind the bar 3 times to check on my order, updating me each time and was extremely friendly and polite, throughout. I tried the teriyaki wings, which I hadn’t had before and they were amazing! Overall, 100% impressed by the visit.

I like the Hooters menu much better than Buffalo Wild Wings — I get confused with all their sauce options! I just love the Hooters menu: crab legs, wings, loaded tots, shrimp, fish tacos…
I really don’t like the sexism though… Let’s get some hot shirtless guys how ’bout? Get the ladies some eye candy too?! It’s a fabulous idea I think…
It’s a shame the ppl who eat at this particular location kind of rot. I have a friend who’s a server and mentioned once that ppl rarely tip appropriately. Bummer.

I’ve been coming to this place fora very long time. In fact, I dated a Hooters girl for about 4 years while she worked here. So I got to know the staff, the way the management works and which supervisors were nice or a pain the arsh for the girls. Well all of that was a long time ago. Now there is an entirely new group that works here. Not much has changed. The wings are still amazing! They make their own ranch and blue cheese which seriously is what makes me love this place that much more. The beer is always ice cold and refreshing.
If there is anything I could change, it would be some of the people that come here. Some dudes are creeps, some are drunks, some just have zero respect for the people around them with their trucker mouths. Just ask to be seated either at a quieter booth if possible if you see those weirdos slithering around.

Disappointed by the lack of green beer on at Patrick’s day, the ice cubes in my frozen margarita (is that the new thing), and the wings that were only half covered in sauce.
The chicken cheese dip was also cold and wasn’t anything special. The chicken was in prices that were to big to pick up with the chips.

I have been going to Hooters for a very long time. Me and my buddies used to go there every Thursday in Park Ridge. I moved to Orland Park a year ago and have been getting take out a lot. No real problems there.
My buddy, his daughter, and I had to escape my house full of women and we decided to go to a place known for women. I’ve always been attracted to hooters because of the music (park ridge used to play oldies all the time), decently price beer and wings, the great tv views, and the overall look of the restaurant. People laugh when I don’t mention the girls. I always felt the service was pretty good. We kinda got blah service. We had asked for a different table because my buddy had recently had some back problems plus his little girl probably would have been squiggling in a high stool. We kinda got the old «oh c’mon, just sit here. I’m busy and now I have to wait to seat you» look.
Anyways, I actually look forward to going back with some friends. The place is pretty big and has a decent bar area. I wish they would play UFC ppv events. It would be the perfect place to watch them.

Things started off good. Quickly seated and waitress was nice and in top of her job. The curly fries where Good but when i got the wings and tots they tasted like pure grease and the wings where over cooked.
