My hubby comes here and I take my 3 kids there. For the $ 10 each with a coupon, its great. I am very particular on the 3 women I let do their hair. If I walk in and don’t see them, I apologize and just walk out. I also ask them to keep notes in their system so I din’t have to remember blade #s. I always forget.

I went here once and had a decent hair cut. The next time I went I didn’t see the young lady who cut my hair so I gave an older lady a shot. She jacked my hair up. The next time I went, she was the only one available (I wonder why). I told the lady I’d wait for the next stylist, so I put my name on the list. Two gentleman walked in a couple minutes later, they didn’t register online and we’re taken before me. I was so upset that I was overlooked I went to the Tinley location next to Target. I’ve been going to that one every since. Avoid this one if you can, you don’t get your money’s worth, even with a $ 6.99 coupon.
