Went and saw Dr Griglione this time for root canal, very nice guy explains everything to you and makes you feel comfortable along with the assistant I haven’t had a bad experience there and I’m sure I’ll be back again

In my original review I wrote that the dentists are very professional. This is true. The office staff is incompetent and rude. I’d talk to three people and get three different responses about how much I owed. I sent in a payment and they sent it back as a refund. I called to ask why and no one knew why they would send it back. The next visit they demanded twice as much as I owed. I refused to pay until someone provided a detailed statement It turns out I didn’t owe as much as they wanted me to pay. The office staff spends time shrugging and sighing and rolling their eyes, even after they realize they are wrong. I finally filed a complaint with my insurance company to make sure these problems were on record.
