I never post reviews regardless of the outstanding service received but I had to express my gratitude regarding the phenominal service Dave provided.
I have been searching for the perfect home in quite a while and like most people I had very specific requirements with the place I am purchasing. I have met several real estate agents and unfortunately, none of them were able to provide the service my husband and I were looking for. However, when we met Dave Shalabi, our experience completely transformed. Dave made shopping for a home a memorable and happy experience. He was extremely dedicated to helping us find the perfect home. He was sending us properties to look at that were worth out time and not just a list of properties that were not relevant to our needs. He always made sure to arrange his schedule to accommodate my husband and I. What really impressed us the most, is how honest and sincere Dave is. He was extremely patient and advised us to take our time and not rush into the process.
So going from being frustrated and not enjoying the process of purchasing a new home; an experience that should be a happy one, to meeting Dave who made sure we were not only getting the place we have been searching for but also, making sure we are having a great and easy process. Dave Shalabi did not stop working and being there for us until we found the perfect home. I am extremely happy in my new home because Dave made it possible.
