Is anyone else having issues getting reimbursed for services you never received since bella gente closed unexpectedly? I have sent this ridiculous business email after email after email only to receive no response. The last time I was there was May 20th for laser hair removal and they even booked me for my next appointment for June knowing that they were going to be going out of business that Friday which was May 25th. Since I bought a groupon, I had already paid for six sessions for a bikini laser removal. I even paid an extra $ 600 to get the full Brazilian and I had already received 3 treatments at that point. I would have gone in for a 4th in June but that is when they closed! They still owe me about $ 300 because I already paid for 6 full treatments. I am livid because it is almost November and nobody is doing anything to contact me and let me know what is happening and when I can expect to receive my compensation. So frustrating! What an awful business!

Microdermabrasion was Horrible, purchase a scrub from Walgreens Groupon was ripped off and so was I !

I went here for a Groupon microderm facial and had a miserable experience overall. First of all, the woman at the front desk was very nice and engaging so that portion of the experience was pleasant. However, that’s where the professionalism ended. I was the first appointment of the day, and my technician was about 15 minutes late to my appointment. Instead of taking a few minutes when she came in to get settled and get the room ready, she took me in right away and was very disorganized and stressful to be around. She told me to get undressed from the waist up and then DIDN’T LEAVETHEROOM to give me a moment of privacy! Her cell phone went off several times during the procedure and she still didn’t put it on silent or vibrate. At one point, she asked me to close my mouth to get around my lips, then held my nose closed to better control my face – I COULDN’T BREATHE! The portion of the procedure where she gives a shoulder and neck massage was painful. Considering she’s a registered nurse, one would have thought that she would know not to dig her finger directly into my spine and temples. Overall, the procedure was shortened because she came into work late. It’s not appropriate for the customer to suffer because the staff is irresponsible and incompetent. It wasn’t work the cost of the Groupon, let alone the full cost of a spa service. I would not recommend this facility simply because of the sub-par technician.

Went here on a microderm ‘special’ — what a rip off! At other spas through Groupon I’ve received a FULL treament for half the price. At this place I received much less than the Cost of the certificate, let alone a supposed ‘full price’ treatment. Other spas also had practitioners that were much more specialized in dermatology.
