NEVERGOHERE or any other President! If I could give it zero stars, I would. There is not enough room on Unilocal to talk about all the problems we had, so here it is, in short, if you can believe it: 1. They have a terrible in-store selection 2. Their sizes vary drastically by jacket type 3. When we asked if they could bring in another jacket type/size from another store, because the sizes were so off and they didn’t have the exact style we were looking for, they charged us to ship it from another store to the one closest to us. 4. When our groomsmen’s jackets came in, the sizes were INCREDIBLY off. I am talking, jacket sleeves almost up to the elbows or SWIMMING in the jacket. 5. When we complained about the jacket sizes being so off, THEYTOLDUSTHEYCOULDN’T GUARANTEETHESIZESWHENTHECOMEINTHEDAYBEFORETHEWEDDING. WHAT!!! Stunned, my husband asked, ‘What is the point of taking measurements, if you can’t guarantee they will be accurate when they come in? Don’t you have an inventory system?’ To that the woman replies, «Yes, but that is not how inventory works.» Excuse me? I do inventory for a living. Either you have it in inventory and you know that ahead of time, or you don’t. You mean to tell me, that the day before my wedding, the sizes you bring in may not be right? Yes. That’s what she was telling me. 6. My husband paid the extra amount to order-in two jackets in different sizes because they didn’t have the jacket he wanted in the store. When he came in try to them on, they had ordered the SAMEEXACTJACKET that he tried on in THEIR store. Upon telling them, that this is the same jacket, and that he wanted his money back because he had already tried this on, they REFUSED to give him his money back!!! 7. When he had to drive to another store to try on the jacket he paid to have delivered to the store closest to us, he ordered it. TWODAYS before our wedding, he gets a call from the lady at the store, and they tell him that they weren’t happy with their selection available of the jacket(they were all faded or worn), but that they would *graciously* upgrade the jacket type to a more premium jacket, free of charge. Meaning, not only would his jacket not match his groomsmen, but that the only reason we went to President in the first place, was because he wanted to wear a certain lapel(and they were the only tux rental company that provided it), and he would not even be able to wear it!!! So the night before the eve of our wedding, I had to call up J. Crew and have them overnight me a tuxedo that he never tried on, just so he could wear the tuxedo he had envisioned and to match our groomsmen. They were amazingly and wonderfully accommodating, and shipped free of charge for all our troubles with President the days before our wedding. He got it the morning of. I can’t make this shit up…
