We contracted with Mr. Donald Fong to restore and repair his Redwood deck. When there was extra work above and beyond the original agreement he told us to go ahead and do the work to make it right. Since we have done work for Mr. Donald Fong in the past we had a hand shake agreement for us to do the extra work. We sent the bill to Mr. Donald Fong and he did not return our phone calls and finally he sent us a email and said, I will refer you to my attorney if you do not leave me alone and I refuse to pay for the extra work that you and your guy’s did on my very large Redwood deck.
Watch out for Mr. Donald Fong because he will take advantage of you so he can keep his new Ferrari and his multi-​million dollar estate in the Orinda Hills !!!
