I have never had any problems with this place, the subs and stromboli are great and I even like their pizza nowadays. We always ask for banana peppers on the side as we have picky kids and they give us a container with a generous amount of them. I’m just mainly happy that we have someplace close by to get decent food since we live in the boonies.

I ordered online then went to pick my order up and the store never received it. Even after I received a confirmation email. They did however give me a discount and made my order in 12 minutes. I was later contacted by customer service and resolved the issue.

I have been ordering Stromboli from joseppis for years and past few months have been horrible! I order Stromboli with extra cheese and regular pepperoni and got no cheese and 3″ of pepperoni stacked in middle. I told them before and they say that’s how it’s made and laugh. If I wanted to eat stick of pepperoni I would save hell of a lot of money then ordering these joke of Stromboli. They used to be best in town now they thinks it’s funny to just stuff 3″ of pepperoni thru out Stromboli. I used order 3x a week but they can kiss the pepperoni off my ass!

Disappointed. I’ve been a fan of Joseppi’s for many years. I lived on the north end of Columbus for a while and was always excited when I had the opportunity have dinner in Grove City so I could grab a pizza from Joseppi’s. Since I now live closer to the Harrisburg location, I was just as excited to have one so close. The first few times were great(nostalgic perhaps?) but I quickly lost my excitment. Yesterday was the end of it. I placed a delivery order of three subs. Nothing fancy, just subs with a couple of minor changes to how the menu reads. After an hour, my order arrived and I found that two of the three was made incorrectly. I called, was argued with about the contents of the sub(because he made it himself), and finally told that another one would be made and sent out«as soon as the drive comes back.» An hour later I called to see where the replacement sandwich was. It was finally on the way. Over an hour later? Wow. That’s a slow driver. Oh, and the other sandwich that wasn’t right still had cold meat in the middle. It certainly didn’t spend much time in the oven. Thanks for the memories, Joseppi’s. I won’t be back. I’d rather remember how good you used to be than disappointed time and time again.

Extremely disappointed again. I had a couple of less-than awesome experiences awhile ago with Joseppi’s and so I switched to Amy’s, which is a couple doors down. However, Amy’s wasn’t open when I wanted to place my order this afternoon, so I decided to give Joseppi’s a try again. My order was wrong. We called and they argued with us for a minute, then said they’d make part of the order again and send it right over to us. That was over an hour ago. Still no sub. We called again and they said the driver had just left. The sub showed up 7 or 8 minutes later and was wrong again. I won’t press my luck and try this place again. Boo.

Great Mid-Western style pizza! Don’t overlook the salami on the menu as a pizza topping. I’ve only been to this location once, but I’ve been to the Broad and Hoover locations multiple times. I stopped here to show my co-worker what it was all about while we were down here for a job. This location is pretty small, but still great as the staff always seems to really care in all of their locations. I tried their wings here, which were baked, but still awesome. I usually hate the way wings are done, but theirs weren’t too dry, and their skin was crispy, the meat juicy. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you live in the area!
