24 Hour Flood and Fire Response

At one of our places, we discovered some black mold under the kitchen sink up against the back wall. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that water was leaking from a couple of broken pipes that were behind a wall.
A good friend of ours recommended 24 Hour Flood & Fire Response. From day one, Mike and Linda @ 24 Hour Flood & Fire Response were wonderful to work with. Mike performed a detailed preliminary inspection and provided us with detailed analysis of his findings. He worked through many difficulties and then kept us informed with periodic updates as to how the restoration process was progressing.
Linda was fantastic to work with as well. She, along with Mike provided us with a detailed invoice that is needed for our records and they were wonderful and understanding to our unique need which involved a delayed final payment on our part.
Additionally, they introduced us to another related contractor to assist us in the final stages of the restoration process of our property. This outstanding contractor, along with the outstanding work provided 24 Hour Flood & Fire Response fully restored our property back to the way it was prior to the water leak.
Now that our property has been restored, my wife and I will always be grateful to Mike and Linda at 24 Hour Flood & Fire Response not only for their outstanding professionalism, but for their kindness and understanding to the unique situation we found ourselves in during this stressful issue. You guys are the best!

Excellent customer service, we called Mike when we had a kitchen flood that also flooded our basement – he had a team out in an hour to start the cleanup, and then followed up each day until things were ready for repair. He and his employees were very careful and thorough, did a great job at each step, and explained everything that was going on. They genuinely wanted to help us get through this – highly recommended!

An outside pipe burst and flooded a few rooms. It was bad. My husband was very sick and in the hospital for weeks. He was having chemo and was very susceptible to every little germ. 24 Hour Flood Response came in to save the day. They were so awesome and used a lot of equipment to dry everything. They were so careful to look for different types if mold and explained everything they were doing and why. We have been taken advantaged of before but not by these guys. They made me feel so much better about everything. I trust them completely. I will never go to anyone else again. They deserve a huge shout out. THSES GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Had a concern with some Mold build up in my basement bathroom, it was a weekend and out of the 5 or so companies I called, they were the ONLY who’s who made it out on such short notice. I live in a 1^st floor apartment in Boulder, CO, that took on some water in the recent flooding. My local hardware store connected me with these guys and they were able to help me the same evening I called. They quickly found water damage and mold I didn’t know I had — I had only been concerned about wet carpet. They were great — explaining the process to me and even helping me take videos so that I had documentation for my landlords.
Mike and Rob even met with the landlords when they came back to pick up the equipment 2 days later; it was truly above and beyond of them. Mike explained how the drying work they did saved the landlords from bigger problems and higher costs down the road, and also pressed them to make things right by reimbursing me.
All in all, a super company that does great work. Costs were reasonable ($ 600 for 2 days in my case) and Mike is a very honest and nice guy to deal with.

These dudes rock!!! Great guys, clean cut I had Flooded basement due to a broken rain gutter they came right out and Took great care of us. They put my wife at ease with the process. I would totally use them again!
