Myself and the hubby have been taking trips all over Illinois and stumbled on this gem in a little indoor craft mall that we almost blew past. I am so glad we decided to stop. I cannot tell you how AWESOME this store is– vintage furniture, kitchenware and amazingly scented candles abound!
I found a great Maryanne hand mixer, which I have been searching for forever; it was a steal at $ 10. I was so tempted to grab several vintage cup/​saucer combos as well as a killer telephone bench, but I held strong. I did buckle and pick up a yummy Maple Pecan candle, handmade by one of the owners. It is burning as we speak.
The owner was friendly and told me that f I decided I wanted one of the other items I saw in the store they could arrange the sale through email and mail it to Chicago for me! I have a soft spot for amazing customer service, and he just made a customer for life. They post some of their inventory on their website, check it out. This is definitely worth another trip to Oregon!
