Summit was great. Our apartment had some interior painting in several rooms. They had a very clear and detailed contract. A smiling guy named Pablo showed up promptly at 8 am with another gentlemen and tarped everything up so no paint got on any of our furniture. They dug right in and worked hard for several days. The painting job was beautiful and we are so happy! They cleaned up everything perfectly and left us to enjoy our now fresh looking living room, den, and hallways. I would hire them again anytime!

ditto everything said in the previous review. the constant screaming and swearing was an unpleasant touch especially with a seven year old listening. Sloppiest painting ever. Please don’t act so surprised when I have to exit my apartment to go to work. I was able to cross some 2x4’s and crawl under and onto scaffolding, but many people are not. And please don’t put that you finished the job here ahead of time and under budget before you’ve finished the job. It’s fraudulent. The job is months overdue and not even remotely finished. If you’re under budget, you will probably need the money to replace the non-working or missing doors, and probably the tools that have been left out in the rain for months. Picture is the«after» picture of a once nice door that was taken off to waterproof even though it doesn’t ever get water on it as it is in an enclosed building.

DONOTHIRETHISCOMPANY. Most unprofessional workers I have ever seen. A couple pieces of advice: #1DONOTTHROWTOOLSLIKEHAMMERSANDOTHERFULLMETALOBJECTSOFFOFBALCONIESWHEREPEOPLEWALKUNDER. #2 Please don’t swear every other word, I don’t want to listen to that all day. #3 There are plenty of other parking spots that aren’t right in front of my garage. #4 Please don’t leave nails in my driveway, not cool. #5 Take your trash with you, I don’t want to pick up your empty soda cans in front of my house. Be respectful and don’t litter. #6 Oh yeah, they didn’t do a thorough job either, it was in no way completed. –Sincerely, Pissed off customer.
