My family has used Pacific Med. Group for many years and recently began using the Oregon City Office as it is hours closer to our home.
Agree with prior review, Dr Li is great. He is very professional, good bed side manner and genuinely appears to enjoy his job. He is my doctor, I hope for many years to come. Recently, my husband, decided to change his primary doctor to Dr. Li and he could not get by the front desk.
This is my third experience with the individual at the front desk. It appears her one and only concern (when she eventually decides to acknowledge you) is who is your insurance and what does it cover. No hello, welcome or any other greeting. And although she has indicated the office welcomes new patients, the opposite is what her lack of interpersonal skills exudes. So I would highly recommend Dr. Li, but is you have to work with that front desk, try another office, my husband did.

I just went to see Dr. Li today, he is great! The staff was nice enough, but the Dr was fabulous. He really listened and came up with a plan to help me get better. He understood the financial issues and did what he could to help keep within my financial means, plus actually help.
