Is this a print shop or a pet store? I can’t tell by the photos and the website confuses me. I’ve given money to this business hoping it was fair. But for $ 125 for only 250 business cards I wonder how fair that really was in comparison to other print shops and online. They weren’t embossed or on high quality paper so I don’t recommend them for that reason. I also recall once when they lost my artwork for a project a week after I sent it to them — I believe at that point I took my business elsewhere. They’re a nice group of ladies, but nice doesn’t cut the competitive level when it comes to business transactions. Closed on the weekends and closed at 5:30pm when a lot of us are getting off work makes it rather inconvenient. Since the website tells you nothing I suggest you call for a quote over the phone. Trust me there are other options locally.

Don’t even think of going somewhere else for your printing needs! The women that own and run this business are absoluting the best! I had a rush order for some donation envelopes that I had to have by end of day Friday for a benefit concert on Sunday. They got them done early on Thursday afternoon and emailed me to say the were ready. Well in my rush I completely forgot to pick up the envelpes. It was noon Saturday when I realized my mistake and EC&P isn’t open on the week-ends. I managed to find the owner and she had one of her employees meet me at the store on Saturday afternoon so I could have my envelopes. That is just above an beyond the call of duty! Thanks Mary, Marcy and the rest of you fine ladies!

Nice little copy shop if you need to have some printing done and you are in the OC. I used EC&P as an alternative to Kinko’s; a friend of mine recommended going here because he thought it would be good to support a small local business, plus there are some nice shops around if they are busy or if your order is going to take some time. When I came in, the women were very attentive and helpful; they set up and showed me how to use the copy machine and were very patient with me when I couldn’t figure out some of the simple tasks that a normal minded person would have no problems with. I think EC&P may be a little more expensive than the Kinko’s but they are really nice here and I don’t believe the cost is so much more where one should ignore this little shop.
