Roy was great in giving us ideas and even convinced us to put the pool in a totally different place that we never would have considered. His team was super-professional, prompt, and thorough. We are located several hours from their home base but they still pulled off everything as if they were a local contractor. The local backhoe operator that they hired dug out from under himself and his large backhoe fell into the deep end so that was some added humor. Six years later we love our pool. p. s. Get lots and lots of solar panels!

First off, the salesman came over to our house and we all went through our needs and options. I felt great about it. He was nice and friendly, knowledgeable. However, he didn’t keep his promise to call the following Monday. I had to chase him down. This took about a week. Then, after I had to scold him, a grown man, he seemed to pick it up again and we went on a tour of pools they’d done. Never mind it was like starting all over again. He seemed to have forgotten everything we discussed. But OK, it’s a work in progress so I clued him in again. After a couple of days we had figured out what we wanted but he said now we’d have to wait a few months for him to get to us. Huh? We were first in line there for a second. Until he forgot to call. And then forgot what we wanted. And then forgot to tell us we had to sign a contract in order to keep our place in line. All this and I didn’t even like the quality of the pools he showed us. Pools that cost a LOT of money looked all mottled at a still young age. And he pushed hydrazzo heavily. Probably because it’s the priciest. But I don’t want hydrazzo. The colors are too dreary for the Pacific NW,(who wants grey water in this dreary grey environment?), and the shelf life seems to be pretty short. Which of course serves them because then they get to come and refurbish it. Bottom line: I wouldn’t use them. I’d rather fly people up from LA. It’s probably cheaper. Which brings me to the huge disconnect between the salesman and his boss. He’d quote us one figure and the boss would add 20k to it basically. For 100k I could have an indoor pool. Why would I pay that for an outdoor pool? Especially when we already have a pool. All we need is refurbishing. Next!
