Terrible customer service, being nothing short of deceitful and totally incompetent. I ended up with shoes — which were«professionally» sized for me — that didn’t fit and a refusal to return or even exchange them for another size. Why would they not return/exchange them? Because they had minimal creasing from being worn indoors with various insoles, thicker socks, multiple pairs of socks, etc., because that is what I was instructed to do to make them work. The only suggestion offered to me: «You could try having them altered, but it’ll probably cost a couple hundred dollars.» And this was the treatment I got after buying five pairs of shoes and several other items from them without any hassles. Let this be a disclaimer to anyone who might be enticed by the mom and pop, personal service spiel that tricked me into giving money to such petty business owners. Note: This is the one and only negative review I have ever written in my life, FWIW.

I went to Ashley’s to get a pair of shoes with good support and came out with a size 9.5 and was told to wear these thick socks. Turns out I wear a size 8EE. I think he was just trying to unload a pair of ugly shoes. Just had to get that off my chest.

Very slim selection when I went in. Had maybe 25 display shoes max and all were very similar. We weren’t in there long but we weren’t greeted nor did we see any staff.

What a terrific shoe store tucked away in the Oregon City Shopping Center. My feet are hard to fit plus I have arthritis so I went in thinking I might not find shoes that met my needs. I ended up buying a Wolky sandal that I wore ALL day and still my dawgs were happy. Ordered a second pair in another color and they quickly arrived. In my two trips to the store, I talked to several employees and they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely my favorite shoe store. And by the way, they actually measure your feet and put them on for you… just like they used to do in by-gone years.
