Poorly staffed. Most of the toppings were frozen. We had to wait for them to make our sandwiches (two) after they made the sandwiches for the party behind us (four). By then my pulled pork that they microwaved had become cold… yet they still put it on. I wouldn’t recommend this location even if it’s the only one in Ord.
