Savilles Country Florist

First I need to state that this review is only about my online experience! First they show a deal stating 10% off if you check in. I wanted to order a potted orchid to have delivered to my mother on her birthday. I clicked on the check in only to then see it was time sensitive and you could only use it if you showed it in the store. Ok no big deal. So I head over to their website and surfed through a bit. That alone took way too long, the site was very glitchy and unresponsive. I was also a bit surprised at the higher prices of some arrangements. I truly wanted to support local business but I could not get this website to function for me and the major drawback was I could not get same day delivery, it was not an option. I ended up going back online and using
which in turn used a local business anyway, mission accomplished, mom thrilled by her surprise. I did however see some very interesting plants on Saville’s website that I haven’t seen elsewhere and will head over to their shop to look further. Sorry I couldn’t give more info about Saville’s other than my online experience.

Saville’s did the flowers for my great grandmothers wake and funeral. The wake was only one day, for just 2 hours. I wish I could say I was impressed, but I was very disappointed. The flowers they sent were already on the way out. The snapdragons were losing their flowers and bending over; the lilies were falling apart and the petals were becoming translucent. Even the bows made no sense. They were carelessly placed and we could not read the scripting on them because the ribbon used was yellow, the script was gold and in very small font. The floral arrangements just looked sad. I feel like my great grandmother, who lived a full, beautiful life, deserved much better than what we received from Saville’s.

I used Savilles as my wedding florist and they did a fantastic job! They listened to all of my ideas and communicated well throughout the planning process. The end products were beautiful and exactly what I asked for. Highly recommended!
