Unreal this place has customers. Their food is served in plastic dishes from what looks like Ponderosa. Prices are outrageous considering the quality and portion size. If your looking for a pizza this place is ok. If your looking for an Italian meal, this place will disappoint you.

Ate at PINO’S ONABBOTTROAD, And the Sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee. Please just go to a real restaurant and don’t waste your time and money at this place.

I have tried eating here twice– The food is reheated by microwave — there is nothing special or worth coming to this place. I had the Spaghetti — the sauce tasted like it was canned for sure. I then ordered a piece of pizza which was again reheated by microwave– I don’t know how this place is still in business– but they will never get mine back again. Even the coffee was bad– it is some brand I’ve never had nor want to. Someone has to like this place cause it’s still open. For me:

This is a family owned place that I have gone too ever since I was a child! Its a little of the beaten path but when you go, you get treated like family every time you come back. My favorite thing about this place is the pizza and wings they are always fantastic! The added Parmesan and garlic wings have a taste all their own and have a taste you can not get anywhere else. The pizza always comes out perfect with not too much sauce and cheese melted to perfection. As it goes for the pasta dishes, there is a lot to be said, The traditional spaghetti and meatballs, along with Alfredo are among my favorite dishes and tastes just like mom use to make it. I will be back to try other dishes on their menu. When it comes to take out they are always punctual with their times even on a busy day. SO as a finishing statement I would say check out pinos if you want a Family owned business experience.

I was seriously expecting a camera crew from«Candid Camera»(yup…I know… I’m dating myself) or «What Would You Do?» to jump out at me last night and tell me that all of the snafus in our dining experience were all part of a big joke. I would have laughed good naturedly, received a decent meal, and had a great story to tell. But, alas… this was NOJOKE. It was REAL. And it was REALLY, REALLYBAD!!! Four of us had dinner at this place upon learning that it’s owned by relatives of my beloved«La Bella Sicilia» and that the recipes are very similar. Well, relatives, perhaps… but, if so, these people are definitely the«black sheep» of the family! Everything(and I mean EVERYTHING) was terrible about my dining experience here. The service, the food, the prices. It all was TERRIBLE! We were seated right away, and our orders were promptly taken. But then my friend received a «Blue Light» instead of the«Labatt’s Blue» that was ordered. And then the salad that was ordered WITHOUT olives seemed to have extra ones in it. And, the bleu cheese dressing came out as Ranch dressing. And, the bread that was brought to the table was cold and stale. YIKES! We’re not even at the main course yet. Can anything else go wrong? Sadly, yes! We waited over 45 minutes for those main courses to arrive. It was not a full dining-room, but the owner came over and said«everything was being cooked fresh and that takes time… We didn’t want microwave meals, did we?» Okay. We’ll be patient. This is gonna be good. It has to be. Wait… wait… wait. And then… finally our meals arrived. The Chicken Marsala was reportedly good. The slice of cheese pizza was dry and nondescript. My son and I both ordered the Spaghetti Parmesan. Mine came out«parmed», but his was nothing but a plate of spaghetti with tomato sauce. When we mentioned the error to our waitress she stated, «the kitchen is making me look bad». Ummmm… no. YOU got the order wrong. She took back the plate without so much as an apology and left the other three on the table. My pasta looked(and tasted) as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the entire 45 minutes that we waited for our entrees. It was dried out and burnt. My son’s, when it was returned to the table, was the same dish that had been taken away… except for a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese that had been thrown over the top and then allowed to melt for a minute or two in the microwave. DISGUSTING! When we mentioned our dissatisfaction to our waitress she went to get the owner… who never came to our table because she was busy parading her poopy-panted grandson around the dining-room and was too oblivious to actually be bothered with such a thing as a customer being happy with their dinner. «Not wanting microwave meals»? We would have been MUCHHAPPIER with a Stouffer’s frozen dinner!!!
