Imagine this: 8 million people waiting in a small room in uncomfortable chairs staring at everyone who walks in…
And imagine this: you have to take a number, which will probably be around 8 million — and you have to wait until they call your number. Also, there is only 2 workers behind the counter «working» and the other 2 have a sign on counter that says «closed» but they sit there anyways.
There are people who will step up to the counter even though they have no number (cutter !)
There is an «express lane» which no one uses and it is labeled closed, but a woman just sits there.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is for the nice lady who finally helped us with the great sense of humor. She was awesome. About 2 hours to upgrade to an enhanced licence. Folks, bring a craft or hobby to work on while you wait.
Oh, and not many close parking spots either. Unless your handicapped — there are approx 500 of those spots reserved for handicap.
