Tried to ram my car off the road 3 times on 02/24/2016INTHEIRCOMPANYVEHICLE, a white chevy silverado with a trailer attachment that says«SLM01». Bright idea guy(and obese blond old woman). With your BUSINESSNAME plastered on the side of the vehicle, was not hard to report the HITANDRUN when you smashed your trailer into the side of my car. Very professional. Folsom PD and USAA will be looking for you at the DMV next year when you go to re register and they serve you with the warrant. Have fun. Hope it was worth it. Some veterans you are! What a pathetic shame… As you can tell from EVERYSINGLEREVIEW here, they are COMPLETELY unprofessional, will not call you back, will not do a good job, will CALLYOU A LIAR and then make up a story about how it is not their fault. Since you keep on lying that I am anti-veteran, Rob Sr… My whole family is American veterans buddy, and you dishonor them by calling yourself a veteran. A veteran homeless person living on the street has more honor than you. You should be ashamed to even call yourself a veteran, much less to parade it around as your main selling feature, when you have no other excuses for your poor behavior and lack of business skills. You deserve all the bad reviews and bad luck. Can’t wait until you go out of business. You are a LOSER.

8-3-2013 Rob Sr., you never once told me that my request«slipped through the cracks». Nor did you ever admit your mistake or apologize. You told me you were too busy. You really need to get your stories straight before you post. I was never late on a payment either. This is just another one of your fabrications to slam a customer without apologizing for your poor customer service. Let’s refresh your memory of what really happened… you called me and left a voicemail on June 7, 2013 @ 7:32 am, I called you back @ 7:37 am the same morning. The discussion was in regards to you switching my weekly lawn service from Thursdays to Tuesdays, of which I agreed. Then we discussed my suggestion that I leave your payment under my front door mat the week prior to the 15th of every month(when payment is due), if the 15th fell on a Wednesday through Monday. Your company chose not to pick up the checks on the Tuesday prior to the 15th. Did this«slip through the cracks» also? You even made the comment to me that my suggestion saves on postage and that you didn’t have a problem with it. As far as rescheduling the appointment, you called me on July 25 @ 7:10 am and wanted to come out to my house the next day, since that didn’t work around my schedule, I said no, you can come on Tuesday(which was my regularly scheduled lawn day and the gate will be unlocked) and you said no. There was a pause in the conversation, sounded like you hung up on me so I hung up(you say you didn’t…but I heard the click). You didn’t come close to trying to correct the problem or offer me other days to work around«your» schedule. A reputable company would see the error of their ways(not lie about it), apologize(you did not), and then solve the issue by working around the customer’s schedule. Insulting and abusive? Get over yourself and quit lying to the poor customers who actually hire you. __________________________________________________________________ 8-1-2013 I had a similar issue as Denise H did. I was basically called a liar when Rob Jr. made an appt. for Rob Sr. to come to my house and give me an estimate on my sprinkler system and he failed to show up. I met with Rob Jr. on July 2, told him what I was looking to get an estimate on, and he said his dad would be calling me to set up a time to come out. Didn’t hear from any one, even after leaving a reminder note on the payment check that was picked up on July 16. I called the office on July 18 and Rob Jr. called me back after 5pm. He scheduled an appt for his dad to come by and give me an estimate the following Tuesday. You guessed it, a no show again. To make matters worse, 2 days later, Rob Sr. was belligerent and short when he called back, became very defensive and paranoid saying that I was«attacking» his family. Rob Jr. lied to his dad stating he never made an appt for his dad to give me an estimate as stated above. I have nothing to gain from posting this. I actually just signed up to Unilocal so I could warn other potential victims of this«family run business», Jr. keeps his job if he lies about the customers. If anything, stay away from this company, the customer service is beyond horrible. Beware, the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing!

I’m sorry you think I’m fraudulent. I will forward you the email I sent on May 8th and perhaps it may jog your memory. Regarding your private message, unfortunately, I did not receive notification of your message therefore I just had an opportunity to review it. I’m not sure what you think I would gain by making false statements. Additionally, sending me a private message telling me you think my review was fabricated is unprofessional. you simply could have apologized and tried to resolve the issue.
