Steve Krebs, Production Manager is uniquely Customer service-oriented, and puts 110% toward taking care of my needs as a Customer in crisis! I just wish Steve was the guy handling all of our valuables and/or the follow-up to the handling! While dealing with living in a hotel after we had a home fire, I’ve was impressed with the empathetic, responsive, and proactive attitude and actions taken by Mr. Krebs! He constantly responded on every small point and request i’ve brought to him, striving to make the whole experience of dealing with the post-fire issues as painless as possible! He’s even had his crew search for packed-up items I really needed! The only«ding» on these guys is their response & handling of items that were lost or stolen by their staff while they processed. During our post-fire time of living elsewhere, there were a LOT of people roaming my home — Many who could’ve seen my «vanilla VISA cards» and picked them up. Meanwhile, SOME items were of no value to anyone else, and of deep personal value to me, and were handled by ServPro. I asked them to «search» for them, and they simply said they know nothing about them. They probably accidentally delivered my stuff to another client’s home, and left it from there… I still give an endorsement of ServPro, with Steve Krebs as Production Manager!
