These people short changed my children TWICE! I know they should count their money but stealing from children? Really? Same woman both times. They are not allowed to go there anymore. They have nothing to offer.

This business has owner/​manager problems that cannot make management decisions. I attempted to purchase gas using a debit card three times, when asked to accept the fee I said yes and the sale was cancelled. Went inside to the register paid $ 20 on the same pump. When I went to pump the pump reused to dispense fuel. The clerk gave me a receipt and said come in the next day and talk to owner about a refund. Young owner lady after giving her the receipt said she would have to call the gas company to figure it out and how to resolve the problem. A good business owner would have popped the till refunded me my $ 20 and taken the matter up with her vendor the next time he was on site. The clerk said a lot of customers had been having issues with that pump. I ate the $ 20 and found cheaper gas at another establishment now to become my regular stop. Burn customers once and you lose to the competition never to return.

this place has a bunch of people they don’t know what to do if you go if you get overcharged you have to walk out like this because they cannot fix it except for the manager she works every morning nice person she have to pay me 20 dollars from her pocket because two of the employer make a big mistake and she had to pay

I have frequented this has station for a very long time. I have spent a great deal of money here, regularly and for years. Never had an issue before. I came to get gas this evening and the cashier put the money on the wrong pump. He was rude, argumentative, disrespectful and snide. I don’t care what the amount is, you rectify the situation nicely and professionally. You don’t argue with your customer, especially one who’s come here for years! $ 7 or $ 700, you handle the situation and you move on.
And BTW, whether I’m in my workout clothes or dressed professionally, you don’t treat your customers like shit.
You also don’t sick your friends on someone in the parking lot!
I think it’s safe to say my sister and I will never come here again. Which is a shame, because we rather liked Lynne.

Prejudice based upon my attire! I have been in this neighborhood over 20 years and been buying my gasoline and small essentials here loyally. Today however around 2:30pm there were two staff members at the registers who refused my money ($ 100 bill) of the new variety with all the bells and whistles for authentication.
Their reasoning was that the register didn’t have change for the $ 5 item I was buying and I was told I would have to but $ 20 minimum in order to be served. I declined and sent my handicapped mother in to buy the same item with the same money and they have her no Hassles what so ever and when she asked about how I was treated they said that I visited 30 prior (I only live 5 mins away and she knew that was false information). Usually I am in professional attire but today I wore athletic attire and was treated like a hoodlum only to find out 5 minutes later that I was discriminated against.
Worst part is they allowed customers to put hands on my mother and the associate was quite aggressive with profanity.
I’ll NEVER purchase a drop of gasoline or anything else for that matter here. I’ve never felt so blatantly disrespected.
Not even worth a single star. Horrible establishment

I called to get the names of the associates working between 1:30pm-3:00 as well as the store number and was intercepted by the same violent sales associate who refused to give me any information other than blaming me for his mistake of discrimination. They may not give me the names but they should be ashamed for disorderly conduct. Both for the profanity and allowing a customer to get physical with my handicapped mother. Poor service period

The nighttime clerk is such a complete jerk!!! He was do ride and nasty to me and my friend. I cannot believe this guy is in customer service at all

I’ve gone to quick stop in orangevale since it opened and have always been a pleasure. Except for tonight. I had to go inside and was helped by a cashier named Katy. She was very rude, disrespectful and seemed like she hated her job. She even called me «dude». She is an older lady who should be happy to just have a job. I will not do business there again. Management should look more into new hires backgrounds.

I was so happy when Quik Stop moved across the street and started to sell gas. There aren’t many gas stations in Orangevale. For the most part their price is the best in the area. The store is manned with friendly helpful people. 2 wide driveways make it easy to get into and out of. Only one side of the gas pumps is a problem because if a larger car parks to get gas no one can drive around until they are done. This can make for some impatient customers. Doesn’t happen enough to be a big problem
