Really amazing, down to Earth place to get your tattoo. Ren did an awesome job on both of my first time tats. I had a large feather with birds and hello kitty and I love them both :)

I took my cousin here to get her first tattoo. Augie was great. He was quick, professional and personable. He gave her exactly what she asked for and it turned out beautiful. The shop is competitively priced and worked us in on short notice. We will definitely be back. I wholeheartedly recommend this parlor and Augie.

I initially went here because of the Unilocal reviews, and I am so glad I did! I was specifically looking for someone good at lettering and not just artwork, and I had the pleasure of working with Josh! He is amazing and very professional. He is honest and makes sure to help pick something perfect and helps keep you realistic in what sizes/​placements will work. He takes pride in his work and makes you feel so comfortable and confident in what he does! I felt very taken care of, would definitely recommend and will return! Thank you Josh!

Wren went above and beyond my expectations. She took the design I made and raised it to a whole new level.

Today I had my industrial done by Kelly, who was very comforting and funny.
When she pierced my industrial I was super comfortable, In the past I’ve had piercers not tell me what’s going on or how to take care of the piercing but kelly lead me through it all perfectly. I even asked if all we had to do now was put in the jewelry and it was already done! Easily the most painless piercing I’ve had done and best quality. I would recommend Kelly to anyone who wants to get pierced.

Raven is the man!!! Last minute me and my girl tried to find a shop that would tattoo both of us. Monday night at 7:30! I accedentailly stopped by a neighbor shop. What a mess. I found ov ink and they already were looking a a template when I walked in. Raven Stayed open late and had great professionalism!

Super happy with my piece from Josh at OV Ink, he took the time to draw out what I wanted and was very professional. The shop is conveniently located and they keep it clean, and all the artists that work there are super friendly, I highly recommend this shop!

I found this place out on Unilocal!Me and my friend wanted a silly inner lip tattoo and called, showed up within an hour upon judging on which shop to walk into! Ov was the one we decided due to the super chill man on the phone we talked to! We walked in, and josh helped us out with picking out a font and within 10 minutes we were ready for our lips to be beautified :)
Josh was so awesome, the whole atmosphere was actually! I’m not sure about everyone else’s names but the workers were soooooo nice! They were just conversing with us while we waited. And to be honest, a chill environment before have a needle in your mouth was totally what my friend and I needed haha. I definitely recommend coming here. I mean I only really got something small on me, you would definitely have to come in and talk about whatever you’re getting to make sure you’re happy of course, but for something you’re paying a lot of money for, you want the people to be super awesome, I say, ov ink is the place for you! Definitely coming here again sometime!

Wonderful shop. Friendly atmospher. Clients safety and experience is a priority. Their artists are passionate about their trade. Josh Evans was the first person I met there. Super cool guy, totally made me feel comfortable and took the time to make sure I was happy. Customer service alone was worth walking through the door.

My friend and I went in today to get the Greek symbol for change and the staff was so wonderful and fit us in right away. Super friendly, very clean shop as well. Josh is wonderful! I will defiantly go back– highly recommend this shop!

Went to ov ink on my 20^th birthday to get 2 new tattos december 26^th. I have normally gone to fatcat but that will never happen again. Ov ink is fun and inviting! Josh and kelley are great people to have ink done by and talk too while getting tatted. They even let me choose the music so i could feel more comfortable! Josh was accurate and detail oriented with my tattoos and incredibly personable. He also has these tattoo wraps that make your recent work feel better faster. Having new age stuff before everyone else is def a bonus. I have many plans to come back for all my ink dreams to come true!

Augie did my tattoo today and I’m so impressed with his work! My tattoo had a lot of long lines and they all look perfect! His eye for detail is amazing and he brought his artistic eye to my tattoo and made it more than what I was expecting.
The shop was clean and comfortable and the staff very nice. I will be back for any and all of my future tattoos.

I love this place, the people are professional and the place is ultra clean. I have been tattooed by both Augie and Nicholas. They are both great artists. They can do what ever you come up with, or give them an idea and they can draw something up for you. I have received 8 tattoos from here. Nicholas is always willing and wanting to try something new, he is a cool cat and there is no style he won’t do. Augie has been tattooing for over 20 years, he is quick, and he pays attention to detail.

Josh Evans is my tattoo artist and has done several of my tattoos. His line work & shading is perfection. His color is rich and bright. Everything he’s done on me is beyond beautiful. Super talented, light handed, amazing artist. I highly recommend!!!’

Stewart is by far one of Sacramento’s premier artists specializing in tattoo, painting, and sculpting. My first tattoo with him he nailed, I asked him to create an Undead Zombie style Leprechaun and he did a great job start to finish.
Now he has started a black and white back piece that is coming out better than I imagined. I can’t wait to have it finished. He does portraits or anything from your imagination.

5 Star rating based on the clean up Augie did on my right arm, I included a before and after photo. he added a little extra to it as well… very professional, knew what he was doing. Room was clean, comfortable, didn’t reek of smoke, booze or weed. Price was reasonable in my opinion $ 150 for about an hour and half of work. I will probably have him work on some stuff for my leg and back as well. I hope this shop sticks around, close to home, next to a bar, can’t beat it.

Best tattoo shop in town. Biff, augie, and nick are awesome! Clean lines and great color!!!
