The End Result

The End Result is a contractor referral service. I have used them for over 10 years for plumbing repairs, leaks, painting, garage door, air conditioner, drywall/​carpentry, exterior wood-​work, etc. They usually refer you 2 or 3 contractors, and you get to choose which one to go with. Peggy will call back after the work is done to ask for feedback. Overall, I have been very happy with the referrals. Peggy is constantly monitoring and updating the contractor list.
One time a co-​worker had a malfunctioning garage door. I told him about the End Result. He said the contractor called and debugged the issue over the phone … at no charge. (This is a rarity, and this has never happened to me.) Anyway, my co-​worker was very happy and impressed.
It’s just reassuring to know that Peggy is keeping tabs on the contractors and their work.

I personally have had bad luck with this referral service. The End Result was highly recommended to me, and I have used them several referrals. The contractors and service providers Peggy linked me with, charged more than average. I will not be using this service any more, and if you use it, I hope you have better luck than I did.
