I came in for an exchange. It took them a while to go get my exchanged size and after all of that I had to go back in line to retrieve the item. What is that all about? I hate the service here.

Went today to buy some shoes and there were only two workers which was fine. I asked one of the workers if they had a certain size shoes and he said he’ll go look for it but never came back after waiting for 5 minutes. I see him helping someone else and I was fine with it but after I saw him just working at the register. Then i went to him and asked if he had the sizes and he tells me that they don’t have any of that size… If a customer asks for your help in sizes you tell them right away, not just go do your own work just because it’s not there. Wasted too much time.
