These people were horrible, never a supervisor over seeing their workers, disorganized and added tons of sneaky charges. They busted windows, popped holes in walls, left nails in driveways causing tire damage to residents. Over sprayed cars, and patio furniture, slopped paint all over patios including Residents belongings without as much as an apology or at the very least cleaned up their mess. Overall did a horrible job. So many complaints by the residents and would never recommend such sloppy workmanship to anyone. Stay away unless you want to spend a bunch of money for sloppy messy work and have tons of complaints.
One serious complaint was the fact they hopped over Residents front or back patio fences without permission or posting any notice and were seen peeping into windows. Very creepy and very unprofessional!

As a manager of HOAs, I’ve had numerous experiences with painters. I used Pilot Painting several months back for a large painting project around a community pool area and the experience was awesome. They were very responsive to all of my questions and the crew was professional and clean. Their project manager Ryan Christensen took the time to paint samples on the wall and meet with the Board to ensure the color choice was what they wanted. The final product looked great! I would definitely recommend Pilot Painting to anyone looking to complete a painting project!

Pilot Painting is currently painting the condos in our community. I drive by them every morning and their crew is so careful to set up and make sure they are not damaging property which is rare to see such care in doing such a large job. The condos look so fresh and beautiful! It’s really going to raise our values in the whole community! I am going to definitely use them in the future. I am very impressed.

I have used Pilot for several years (I am a community manager) and I would highly recommend them! As a community manager, I work with a lot of vendors and I am not the person solely responsible for choosing them. However, when I have an opportunity to work with Pilot at my communities the community members and Board members never regret it~They are honest, professional, and their work product is superior. My favorite thing about Pilot is the Community Projects website that they set up for the homeowners within the community. It has a map with details including where they are working and the dates they will be in the community. Pilot also excels at posting notices at the property in advance, and most importantly, they close the loop on the process by posting a job completion notice, which allows residents to contact them to request corrections on any items that might need additional care.
I can’t say enough good things about them, give them a try and see for yourself!

Pilot Painting is currently painting the pole lights in a community I manage in Tustin. They are doing a very thorough job and the poles look brand new! I will be using Pilot Painting again.

I hired Pilot Painting to paint the exterior of my house (with a color change) as well as 2 rooms and all white trim (baseboards, doors, door casing) inside my house. Each crew — exterior and interior — had at least one English speaker so there were no communication issues. They cleaned up daily and were very courteous. They let me know each day the times they would be there so we knew what to expect.. I have cats that need to stay inside as we live in mountain lion/​coyote territory, and they were very good and helpful with keeping my cats locked up inside. The house turned out great! I could not be more happy with the quality of the work or the workers attitude and professionalism! I highly recommend Pilot Painting!

My family owns several homes within Orange and Riverside County and we have been using Pilot’s services since the mid-90’s. They have painted interior and exterior of these homes. We continue to use them because of how wonderful it is to work with their entire team and the clean, detailed work that their company provides. We are not a big company and these are my family’s investments so we expect quality, which is exactly what we receive.
My family will continue to use Pilot Painting and Construction and we have recommended them to other friends and family members.

I used Pilot Painting to reprint the interior of my home and they did an amazing job! They were extremely professional and flexible with scheduling. The crew was punctual and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends and for my future painting jobs.

So get this… its my day off, I live in a town home community in lake elsinore by the way, and im making breakfast for my son (18months) and i… then i hear a knock at the «door», oh wait… its at my balcony sliding glass door!!! which is up stairs where you can see my living room, my kitchen, my son watching cartoons, and me…“in only my boxers!!!” where this guy is standing there looking at me, asking to move my grill so he can paint the little 3×4 fence!!! so i can’t even enjoy my day off and be lazy and walk around in privacy of my own house!!! what if it was my wife!!! i am soooo pissed off at the s.o.b! talk about invasion of privacy, trespassing, and pissing me the hell off! do not hire this company! very unprofessional!

I can’t even begin to explain how frustrated I am with this company. I definitely do not recommend them.
Well for starters they crushed and demolished a handful of our outdoor plants whether they were in pots or planted in the ground. I take a lot of pride in my garden and have spent many days and hours to maintain our yard, and am very frustrated to have it trashed by these people with no regards. We complied to their notice moving pots aside so they can access the house and carefully took down our vines for access to the gate, but still plants got ruined. The workers would toss their equipment onto and in our potted plants as well as the little ones planted in the ground. They also stomped all over the vines I carefully draped over the pots and broke off many of the branches.
Daily I would have to go outside to clean up after the workers had left as well as inspect our property for additional damage. Many times I found nails, screws, and pieces of metal wire, bars from our gate and a wooden board strewn across our yard along with the shrapnel from my poor plants. We have a toddler and a little dog that go out daily in our yard and any of those fragments could have cut into their little fingers or paws.
Of course I have attempted a couple of times to politely talk to the workers and they either completely ignore me or just stand there and stare at me blankly. Either I suddenly speak a foreign language or these workers don’t speak any English.
And of course, notices were left approximately when they would start and finish our home, which they didn’t comply to. I understand that the weather can be unpredictable and push schedules behind, but by months?

awful horrible men, disgusting in everyway imaginable. They laugh at the laws of the State and think are so cute for doing so. The supervisor is the worst…,.he is very disrespectful of women.,.do not let them near kids or pets
