My husband and I decided to use Open Real Estate to help us with our short sale. We had several bad experiences with BOA and became weary at the thought of going through this process. Open Real Estate was nothing short of amazing. Ed Wood was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable with the Real estate market and laws. He kept us informed and made the process easy, not stressful at all. In fact we not only qualified for our short sale but we even got $ 3000.00 back after the short sale closed. The entire process was much faster than I anticipated and it didn’t cost us a dime. We will definitely use Open Real Estate in the future when the need arises and we Highly recommend ORE. An added bonus is that we live in the High Desert and ORE is located in Orange County. Ed works hard for his clients and it shows!!! Thanks a million!

Open Real Estate handled my purchase in a very professinal manor. ORE took the time to go through many citys/​houses/​condos before a decision could be made for the right house.
There were allot of open issues with the purchase of the new house, ORE helped with getting the proper people contacted, to get things done, Examples: Home Inspectors, Pest Inspectors, The City, and of course the current owners, to help make sure the place got cleaned up and ready for sale.
ORE helped with understanding the way things works on the loan/​buyer side, things I should look for and do when I looking at on the loan paperwork. He did allot of follow-​up stuff, sent a gift basket after which was very nice of him.
We had some issues with the roof afterwards, we had a warrenty on it, ORE took the time to validate the paperwork, contact the warrenty company to get my issue worked out.
Second thing we found some pest issues afterwords, ORE again took the time to call the inspectors and get someone out there to resolve everything.
If you are looking for a enjoyable expirence, looking for the expertise in getting things done, need help, I would highly recomend Open Real Estate.
