Knohl Ranch installed a filter, pump. and motor for me years ago and we’ve had little to no issues until last week when I noticed a leak in the backwash valve. Called Knohl Ranch and was given prompt service with a very reliable technician who not only replaced the broken valve but went above and beyond to make some tweaks and make sure my pump and filter system was working optimally when he didn’t necessarily have to.
