This place is a joke. Worst mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Got a sausage egg Mcmuffin and they didn’t even wrap it up. Laziest employees ever. Only gone here a few times since it’s right down the street from my office and everytime I remember why I hate this mc ds so much!

This McDonald’s is really nice both the restaurant and the employees! Very fast and friendly. And good customer service! I recommend this McDonald’s!

Slow, slow, slow wow you can wait typically 10+ minutes in the drive through now… Place just keeps getting worse.

I come here for the fries and I get cheated, instead of where’s the beef its where’s my fries!!!

Waited for abt 15 minutes in drive thru and another 5 minutes after ordering (before reaching the window) and was told to wait for another 5 minutes so they can FINALLY get my order ready. So, I spent a total of 25+ minutes get two burgers from this location, and it’s not the first time.

I came to get breakfast and they had messed up my order twice. The workers are rude and there was only one cashier with a line to the door. She seemed new but she was the only one that actually helped me out.

Horrible establishment!!! Nice person bought food for a family in need & the staff had the nerve to chastise the father after everyone was outside for not being a good father. Everyone falls on hard times… what a POS! Can’t believe they have people working here that treat people this way! They do realize they work at Mc Donald’s??? Not like they are that far away from homeless them selves at that point or they live with their parents & have NO idea what it’s like to raise a family!

Why is it so hard for fast food employees to get a simple order correct???
They couldn’t even get the dipping sauce right, they gave me the wrong sauce and there was a puncture hole in the sauce packet that they gave me. The nuggets that I ordered were all disfigured and tasted disgusting. I don’t understand why they have such a hard time getting food right. Every employee had a horrible attitude. I can’t stand this McDonald’s, my five year old twins could do a better job then these poor excuses for employees just saying.

This was the WORST experience ever! There is absolutely no reason to make customers wait in the drive-​thru for over 5 minutes at 1am. When I did finally get to the window to pay and get my order, the price had changed and my order was wrong. In the early morning, I don’t want to wait forever to get my food and then be greeted by, what seemed to be a new employee! I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience and don’t think I’ll ever go back to that location.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to McDonald’s anywhere. My my my, how things have changed. The prices are higher and the food is skimpier. A chicken sandwich patty is the same size as the paper thin meat patty of their burgers. A dollar doesn’t go as far as it used to. Wifi is bad too.

OMG! 30 minutes in the freaking drive thru at 1:00 AM. All we wanted was an iced tea. The car in front of us was told, «No fish patties, grilled chicken, or crispy chicken.» What? They «tried» to confirm our super complicated order. «Sweet tea?» «No,» we said, «regular.» We pull onto Katella and wouldn’t you know it… sweet tea! AGH!!!

Kinda a teeny weeny McDonalds attached on the side of the gas station, so it’s really a race in grab and go location. Totally uncomfortable place to sit, so of course, we didn’t. Full McDonald’s menu, so if you are here for the food to grab and eat in your car or just for a quick drive by, this will suit your needs. But I have actually had really good experiences at other McD’s locations, just not here.

Move on… don’t bother. Overpriced for breakfast and I was served hot orange juice… seriously! Never going there again.

Not a super great McDonalds. I know you can’t ask for much from a McDonalds but this one is just a little more dirty then the rest. Not clean and workers are kinda rude. It’s cool to put in a quick order through the drive-​thru, but anymore then that… Not worth it.

This place is so dirty when your serve drink Mosquitos came out of it they don’t clean never coming back to this

Everyone knows McDonalds will kill you. But for the sake of living dangerously, we’ll go every once in awhile. Greasy fries make me hard.
Ofcourse the prices have gone up. And lord knows you can’t ask for an extra sauce for your nuggets without a credit check and a letter of reference from your congressman — but at least the kids that run this place are stupid (still) and can’t count.
Personally I love getting back an extra dollar in change! Kinda like having my own ATM that spits out cheeseburgers and extra money… #WIN
I’m only giving this place 2 stars cuz it’s attached to a gas station… where the employees are also stupid and hand out too much change!

This McDonald’s doesnt except coupons from their corporate office. I went and ordered chicken nuggets, I handed them the coupon and they said «We don’t except those».
How can you not except coupons from your own corperate office?!? Incredibly stupid.

I am in shock at what just happened to us!!! Never in all my life of going to McDonald’s has something like this happened. The Shift Manager Karina approached us at our table after we ordered. I must have used profanity during a personal conversation while we were ordering. She came to our table and looked at me and told me to refrain from using profanity due to their being young people in the restaurant. This was done with no complaint from any customer (i confirmed this with an employee there before I left). I was in shock and absolutely mortified with her approach as she was no quiet about it but very vocal about it.
I thought that freedom of speech was my first amendment right?
Once we received our order 2 out of the 3 sandwiches were prepared incorrectly. When I brought those back to the counter they were upset and told me that I placed my order incorrectly. (I ordered a big mac without the center bun) I repeated my order to Elba the manager who was in charge of the back of the restaurant and I again received my order and it was incorrect. I went back and at this time she stated that I did not place my order correctly, however I did but it was inputted incorrectly by the employee who took my order.
When I got back to my table a fellow customer who overheard what happened approached me (ED) and said, «Did she just tell you that you couldn’t talk a certain way? That’s a breach of your first amendment right! If you need me to be a witness I am more than willing because that was totally uncalled for!!» I think that if a fellow customer who overheard was offended by the managers comment to me this needs to be addressed right away.
At this time I requested the phone number to the corporate office and received 714.771.0311. I called and a very nice lady answered my call and was in SHOCK with my treatment. She escalated this situation to Scott the Area Manager who apologized but an apology doesn’t seem like enough when I was embarrassed and put on display while being a customer. The likeliness of my return is very NOMINAL as there is a McDonald’s partially within miles however the owner LARRY NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS… possible lawsuit???

Super nice & friendly people! Got here on a Saturday around 1015am needing to get some major chicken nuggets for a bday party. Even though lunch doesn’t start til 11am, the manager and staff were super nice and got my order done & ready in 10 minutes!!! The manager even insisted that one of the staff carry the order to my car for me! I also got to enjoy a yummy french vanilla latte while waiting. Thanks guys! :)
