I shipped a package UPS overnight and paid dearly for it. Through no fault of Mailbox & More, it took UPS about a week for my package to arrive at its destination. I was informed by UPS that I would be able to go back to the store that shipped my package(Mailbox & More) and would be able to get a partial refund for my inconvenience. Over two months later, several phone calls and dropping by the(filthy) location a few times to find out the status of my refund and nothing has been resolved. I keep getting put off. I have heard excuse after excuse. Your excuses are not putting money in my hand. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you. You, Mailbox & More are not taking care of your customers.

I love Mailboxes and More. The reasons are its location is somewhat convenient and the service is phenomenal. Amazon return? Shipping with a prepaid label? Too easy. Really anything mail related is as easy as its ever been because of this place. I walk in telling the staff what I need and before I reach the counter its all ready taken care of. If your a regular its almost like you have mail assistants, the service is truly unreal. Also, if you have something you need shipped but no box, they will take care of it. Everything you need mail wise is here and will save you a lot of time than driving to the UPS/FedEx in BMT. Excellent all the way around.
