My name is Brenda Amezcua. Ron Kamran represented both of my parents before the US citizenship and immigration services in reference to a green card application for both of my parents. I was also present with my parents because i was the petitioner in that case. The immigration officer told both of my parents that the case was not approvable because of some legal basis which i did not fully understand because of the legalese except Mr. Kamran had a brief ready to show to the officer that the government was wrong on the law and in their position. The immigrant officer left the room and came back with the supervisor and there was a lengthy but courteous discussion between Mr. Kamran, the supervisor, and the officer and about an hour later the government agreed with the position taken by Mr. Kamran and approved the case on the same day. I know for a fact that had it not been for Mr. Kamran, my parent’s cases would have been denied and my parents would have been put into deportation proceeding and probably would have been deported back to Mexico. Mr. Kamran is an extremely hardworking and an aggressive attorney in protecting the rights of Immigrants. He is very courteous and polite. You can count on him. He will definitely fight for you. I can say that because he did for us. I just referred a friend of mine to him in connection with her citizenship application.
