Gustavo was being a complete dick for no reason. Granted, it was almost 4am, but that doesn’t matter. Don’t be a dick and just give us the food we ordered without the attitude.

I like the fact that they serve breakfast all day. Service was nice. The curly fries are always tasty.

Worst fast food experience in quite a while. I walked in and stood there for five minutes — yes, I actually timed this — and not a single employee even acknowledged me. There was no line. I saw one car in the drive through. It wasn’t busy. The staff was too interested in hanging out with each other to bother with anything resembling customer service. There are too many other fast food options too close by to allow for this sort of nonsense. My business went down the street and will never come back here.

Ate this place with my boss. There’s a few types of fast-food joints in the world: Worse than average(like 5% of places), average(90% of locations), and above average(5% of locations). This place falls squarely in the«average» field. Nothing bad happened. Nothing great happened. It was a very normal experience. I feel like it’s appropriate In the spirit of Ice Cube: This place was a good place.

2 words: HOTMESS! Yes I know not to have much expectations when it comes to fast food but seriously?! I normally go to the Tustin Ave. location but I was on this side of town running errands and I was hungry! You can’t mess up JIB! I was so wrong! :( This location is whack! First off their under-staffed! In addition to my order I asked if they had the cronuts and she said yes so when I came to pick up my order she tells me they don’t have them anymore, she never gave me my money back so instead I asked her if I could order another cheeseburger she says«Oh sure but you’ll have to pay the difference». What the heck?! How is that when cronuts are $ 1.99 and a cheeseburger is $ 1.19?!! I finally got my cheeseburger but it was made wrong so my mom went back to tell them and an employee says«what now?!» Seriously?! Is that how you greet your customers?! Then the manager looks at me crazy and they all begin to talk in Spanish about me! –___– I gave it an extra star because someone did call me today from guest services and apologized and seemed like they genuinely cared. I’m definitely sticking to my Tustin Ave. location! –___–

This is one of the few JIB I have been to where I actually get the whole pita in the fajita sandwich like it is supposed be. Drive thru service was quick and friendly. Pl

I wouldn’t usually write a review on fast food joints but the employees at this Jack are very attentive and always check and double check my order. I always have a good experience here.

I normally wouldn’t review a fast food place unless it was super good or super bad. In this case, it was just unbelievable at how the proverb«too many cooks spoil the broth» really came into play. We were on our way to visit my great aunt who lives in the area. Lil guy was so hungry and it was mid-afternoon and we thought we’ll just pull into a fast food drive thru and get him a little snack. Unfortunately, the closest one was Jack in the Box and so that was the one we pulled into. Now, I don’t even remember when the last time I’ve had Jack in the Box, in fact, I don’t really know what’s on their menu at all except for whatever they advertise on TV. So as we were pulling into th drive thru I’m reading out the kids’ menu to lil guy who decided upon the 2 chicken strips kid’s meal. I saw something called spicy chicken bites so I said I’ll have a small one of those too. Hubby ordered an extra large iced tea. So there we were, paid and waiting for our food. The iced tea was given to us first. I was sipping on it when I realized there wasn’t much ice in it so I asked hubby to ask the person for a cup of ice. The person at the window was rushing around trying to get our order ready all the while with no customers inside the restaurant or in the drive thru. They were asking«oh you want ketchup, hot sauce …» and hubby said«hot sauce»… and they were asking various questions and here we were waiting, waiting, waiting. I think about 4 people were attending to our order and in the end, the cup of ice became some cold water with a few cubes of ice and hell… where was the hot sauce??? If my aunt wasn’t in the car impatiently waiting so we could go visit my great aunt, I would’ve pulled right back into the drive thru and demanded my hot sauce. This is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to, the other one being the Del Taco off Alicia Pkwy in Mission Viejo. Get your act together people!!! It’s supposed to be ‘fast’ food, not ‘slow as hell’ food.
