With my last repair… i am no longer a happy customer with Integrity.
First of all, I think the repair technician could have been more careful where it would not have cost me an additional $ 500.00+ just for the part, for his mistake in stripping the threads on the «intake manifold.» This all stemming from the «check engine» light being on.
I had also told the counter girl, on the dreaded, bad news, phone call, «full synthetic oil» and found, after the fact, that regular oil was used instead.
The first time I had the «check engine» light come on, I had just changed the air filter myself and found from the dealer that something wasn’t closed properly. Yeah and it only cost me $ 80. for the computer charge. This second time, it happened again from the same issue.
For the past month I hesitated and pondered if I should put this negative review in. So, i thought that if I don’t, something like this may happen to someone else again.
Somethings just need to be done at the dealership!

Keith and his wife to a great job of gaining your trust with quality service and honesty. That’s so hard to find in a garage but you can get it here. Integrity handles the care of my mini van AND pick-​up truck and won’t steer me in the direction of unnecessary repairs. But they will tell me when I really do need to get the radiator flushes and other periodic services. They even send me reminders for service based on the mileage of my vehicles. This is so important when we’re so busy and it makes my vehicles last the lifetime that they were built for.
Thanks to Integrity and their staff for their knowledge, honesty and quality work.
Yes, I could get a neighbor to do some things cheaper, but Integrity stands by their work and are AAA Rated.

We’re lucky to have this terrific local garage, truly managed with «Integrity» by Keith and his wife, just as their name says. Excellent mechanics that take time to show and explain any problems. No worries here about promoting unneeded work. I’m just as comfortable and confident bringing in my late model Saab, as well as my Ford Ranger. Fair prices, and open early on Saturdays.
