First let me say I purchased my mattress at the Anaheim Store on a Tuesday. They told me the mattress would be delivered that Thursday and that they would call me before delivery. Thursday came and almost went. I called the Anaheim store and no answer, it went to a voice mail. I drove by the store and it was closed. I then turned to the internet to see if there was another location hoping that someone would pick up. The Orange store picked up the phone-yah! They said they were affiliated and said sorry that happened and that they would try to help me because they are closing their Anaheim store. hmmmmmm(explains why nobody called and why nobody answered the phone). The sales person from the Orange store said they could get me my bed the following day after 3pm. So Friday they deliver between 6 and 7PM. The bed arrived however it was not as soft as the bed I saw in the store and they brought the wrong bed frame. When advised that the bed frame was incorrect the driver said«thats what they sent!» and left. So I was left to chase down the bed frame that I ordered to go with the not so comfy bed. I’m so disapointed.

I was in the market for a new mattress and happen to pass by Good Nite on the way to OC mattress. It looks a little shady but this is THEPLACE to get your mattress. Rigo at Good Nite Sleep Center was super helpful. He didn’t pressure me to buy and was more than happy to show us mattresses. I set my eyes on an Englander pillow top mattress, but decided I should shop around before I settled. We went to OC mattress and everything was DOUBLE the price and honestly, none of the beds were as comfortable as the Englander at Good Nite Sleep Center. I ended up going back to and buying the mattress that Rigo showed me. It takes 3 days to get your mattress since the mattresses are made to order. Other than that, no complaints from me!
