Some of the better Chinese in Orange, but still pretty average. The portions are huge and the service is fast when it’s open. The problem is it never seems to be open. The hours seem to be random, completely at the owners discretion, despite hours being posted on the door.

General Wok is your typical chinese take out hot spot. The food is just above average in town but if it had more competition I’m sure it would fall to near the bottom. The prices reflect the quality of food, which is low, but considering the chef special is $ 5.99 you do get quite a portion with some good sides and a drink. Overall the Wok is OK, however I do enjoy it occasionally and wish it was much better. But beware, dining in is a big no-no for reasons that cant be explained.

General Wok is your average fast food Chinese, it is excellent for take-out. I love the A17, and I can never finish the regular size. I would recommend only getting a large meal if you are feeding 2 – 3 people because it is a actually that large! The only reason I gave three stars is due to the fact that is is very uncomfortable to dine inside. There is never anyone in there so it is always too quite, and to make it even more weird there are never any adults around the cashier is always either a 10 year old boy or a 12 year old girl. Good choice if you are looking for typical Chinese food, but make sure to either get it to go or go through the drive-thru.
