I wanted to try this location because it closes later than the one in Rowland heights, so I expected the same atmosphere. When I first walked in the place just seemed dirty and it was so hot inside. But I already drove here so I decided to stay. I ordered my drink a lychee green tea with lychee jelly, it was good. My friend said she used the rest room and it was just disgusting. I didn’t want to hate this place but their wifi sucks and I thought it was kind of cool with the free printing but honestly it’s not worth it if you want to study here needing wifi. I left 20 minutes into studying and just went to the Starbucks across the street. If you want a quick drink and chat here you should be fine. But Rowland dragonfly teabar is way better :)

I truly do miss having boba/milk tea since moving to another state! There’s not many boba places in Vegas and the ones that are there you have to go out of the way :/ I’ve always been a fan of this place even while it has changed names/ownership. It used to be Lollicup but now its Dragonfly Tea bar and to me it tastes just as good! I came back to my old neighborhood to buy a few things and have been craving some milk tea forever! I better take advantage of it while I was there! This shopping center its located in is such a CF since theres numerous businesses and an In-N-Out so be careful driving around since people are infamous for cutting you off and whatnot LOL. This place is really popping with young kids since a high school and college is in close by so the teeny boppers stake their claim here! The menu has ton of drinks to choose from! I hate boba and prefer just a straight milk tea so I was easy! My mom and sister love boba and lots of add ons in their drinks! All 3 of us got drinks with add ons/boba for $ 12.00! What a steal! Most trendy places could easily run into the $ 15.00+ range! The drinks were solid, not sickly sweet and fresh, nobody likes stale old boba! When I’m back in town I’m definitely stopping by again! ^__^

The atmosphere at Dragonfly Tea Bar is very similar to that of 7 Leaves: hipster young adults studying and doing work on their laptops. Only difference is that 7 Leaves closes earlier, while DTB stays open until 3 am everyday. That detail alone makes this place the perfect spot for students to pull their(almost) allnighters and crank out their papers. I didn’t get a chance to order any of their food, but I did get an almond milk tea with boba and that was good. Again, not a boba connoisseur, but the level of sweetness was pretty spot on and it was reasonably priced. One of the staff told me that they’re having a promotion for buy one get one $ 1 milk tea(or something of the sort), so I’ll definitely be back for that sometime soon!

Drinks were delicious and service was friendly. It was just extremely loud inside. I couldn’t even hear my own voice. Also it was super hot. They really need to turn on their ac. After a few min, the heat becomes suffocating but good thing the wait wasn’t too long.

This place is pretty small but has a lot of seats. I came here around 10:30pm-ish since most of everything was closed. One good thing about this place is that it’s open till 3pm ya’ll. If you need a place to study or a late night hang out, here ya go. I think I ordered peach strawberry? I don’t quite remember because the tea wasn’t that great in general. I asked for suggestions from the cashier and he kind of just shrugged and offered me whatever I got with aloe vera. IMO, their regular size is kinda small for the price they charge at. I also got fries, which were a decent portion and lacking in seasoning, so nice try. Overall, this place is ok. I wouldn’t go out of my way to get it but it’s nice that they open that late in case I’m getting the late night munchies.

I do not understand all the non five star reviews. THISPLACEISMYLIFE! I come here at least once a week. Yes, I’m probably addicted at this point. My usual order is milk tea with boba, but I’ve tried other drinks and they all have tasted delicious. The entire atmosphere is very trendy, hipster like where young adults on their laptops is not an unusual sight. The place offers free wifi & printing so it attracts a lot of students looking for this accommodation. Additionally, on weekdays closing time is 2 am, so it fits perfectly with many students’ schedules, and for the late nights out partying on the weekends, the place closes at 4am. So yes I’m guilty of the boba walk of shame! You will probably see me here after hitting the bars to recharge and sober up with my milk tea boba.(: The staff is young like the majority of their customers, which just seems natural. They are all nice, friendly and super helpful. I have never had a problem with any of them and i’m sure I’ve been a handful walking in after a night out in town haha. So, from my review you’ve probably concluded that the crowd here is mostly young and trendy, so the price fits. A large cup is around $ 4 and some cents & a small cup is $ 3 and some cents. Super inexpensive. To me it’s a crime because their stuff is amazing! I’ve had boba in a lot of places, since I discovered it 4 years ago in Flushing — Queens, NY during college. This place beats all the other places around. Milk tea has never been the same, that’s for sure!

Best thing about this place is that they open late, which is good if you have to study or there’s literally no where else to go because it’s so late and everything closes early in Orange. You won’t find super authentic boba here, it’s more like lollicup. Free drink with add in on the day of your birthday with your drivers license.

This place is great… first time here and they were super patient, the ambient is passive with good vibes. They have daily specials which they come with different beverages, you know so you can have a taste of all the menu at different times. The staff is small in size but their speed of service is pretty quick… best thing of all is that they stay open til 2AM! Can’t wait to go back and try a different daily special!

I really like the atmosphere inside. I pass this place while on my way to the gym, and it is often very busy, making it appear crowded, noisy, and filled with trendy, young people. Well, it is filled with mostly young people; some are trendy, some are taking advantage of the late hours and comfortable seating to study, and some are just there to enjoy some good boba. Additionally, the inside feels relaxed and cozy, not pretentious and exposing. The unassuming feel is further established by the«Smile Guarantee» posted above the register. The music is loud, but not too loud, as this is a place where people come to meet and talk. However, the blender can be heard over it all. I ordered the Zucchini and was pleased that I could not only order it as spicy as I wanted, but also that it actually tasted as spicy as I had ordered it. It came with a ranch-type dipping sauce that was good, but a little boring for me. I also ordered an Iced Taro Tea Latte with boba. It was delicious. The sweet, milky tea and smooth boba balanced well with the spicy, fried zucchini.

I have been coming here for my tea for years now. I love their honey green tea and passion fruit green tea and popcorn chicken. They could get busy on the weekends, I usually call to place my orders and go pick them up. Most of the drinks are great here. The food is only so so though. The popcorn chicken taste great, but sometimes the portion is so small or they gave you a lot of batter instead of chicken. The staffs here are nice and I love they offer the stamp cards for their loyal customers.

Came here around 11pm with a larger group. It’s not huge but not small either. There’s 3 booths that fit 4 people and handful of high tables that are 2 to 3 seats. Near the front door are three larger booths around 6 people. All the seats were packed when I came, but it was love likely because there isn’t much else around here, especially not opened past 10pm. The deal definitely isn’t the food. The squid nuggets were decent and warned the place back a star. The tofu is no good, and all the snacks are pretty small size. The drinks were all not great. I got the cocotaro and it was really lacking in flavor. My friend got the tropical beach which was more rewarding. Maybe some of the other drinks are better? Not getting my hopes up.

I love this place. First, it’s my favorite study spot where you can get foods and drinks. Second, their munchies are pretty on point, yum yum! Third, décor and atmosphere are grrr-eaatt ;) And they open late, perfect for late night study or random boba runs with friends. Okay let’s move on to some cons They could get really crowded at night, man that’s when my study session puts to an end. Too loud, it’s a boba place overall so. And one time I came when there was one guy who took order, made drinks, and cooked food. I waited for 20 minutes before I got to order my drink, gave up on getting food since I didn’t want to overwhelm the guy. 4 stars because they need to have around 2 – 3 people no matter how slow or busy their business is, I don’t want them to lose customers because of this.

Great if you’re craving a drink late at night. Don’t come for the boba though, unless you like it undercooked and hard. Don’t come for the service either. Unless you don’t mind the cashier flirting with other customers over your head WHILE taking your order. The design of this place is super weird as well, ex: the menus are placed outside the door and if you already get to the counter you have to walk back outside. Don’t get milk teas either. The cashier is also the drinkmaker so expect your drinks to take VERY long to make. The flavored teas and food is average tho Everything is overpriced as well

I had dragonfly on the bookmark for a minute. Its located inside a very busy complex mainly because of the stupid In N Out there. When I came in I noticed how dark the place is, barely any lights at all. It just didn’t seem welcoming for a store, but whatevers. It was almost empty and there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot of seats if it was packed anyways. The place was also a bit warm(for a boba place that scares me). It took a couple of minutes but somebody finally greeted me and I was able to place my order. I ordered the almond milk tea(to be safe). It took only about 2 minutes before my drink was made. It was actually really good I was quite surprised(it had the right amount of sweetness, tea and milk all rolled into one), though I quickly realized how pricey it was(4 bucks for a regular). I get it though since they don’t have any competition at all in Orange. This is literally the only boba place in Orange. I have checked Unilocal over and over again and cannot find another boba place even remotely in the Orange area. Overall its average to me because the ambiance was not to my liking but the drinks propelled them out of a bad rating. I’d come back if I’m ever in the area. The milk tea is good enough where I would.

In the same general area as the In N Out. There’s plenty of parking spaces, but this plaza seems to always be packed. I’m guessing high school/college students like to study here? Over half the place was filled with people on their laptops and with their books out. They have tea samples near the front for you to try. The empty tables were all sticky and there’s really no space for you if you just want to stand and wait for your drink… What I got: Popcorn Chicken Monday Special($ 8): comes with one fried gyoza, salad, and rice. The gyoza was okay, tasted like it came from those frozen dumpling bags. Salad had a light and simple vinaigrette on it, could have used more to give it more flavor. They give you plenty of rice though, but it was a bit on the dry side. Popcorn chicken was nice and crunchy, next time I’d just order the popcorn chicken by itself. Comes with a free Specialtea too. Tropical Beach w/Lychee Jelly(included w/Daily Special): lychee and strawberry flavored tea. Comes with 1 add on so I got the lychee jelly. The drink was pretty good actually. Sweeter than most teas I’ve had though. Mango Chicken($ 4.50): it was overly sauced. Didn’t taste like it had any mango flavoring at all. It was sweet and covered in sesame seeds and not crunchy at all… Service: Drinks came out a lot faster than I expected. Supposedly you get 20% off any ‘munchies’ when you order the daily special, but I don’t think the cashier took the discount for the mango chicken. And there was also a sign that says a percentage off if you pay in cash. Doubt he applied it to my order too. No receipt or anything.

They are interested in you opinions and feedback and want to make treats that you enjoy. I appreciate the attentive service and the care of those working there in the service they provide. Ambiance-4 Stars This is a small place planned out right. They maximized space providing a few booths, tables and large group table shared with a gigantic teddy bear! I love the festive decorations for the holidays and the smiling faces of the employees, customers, those studying and the little one sealed the deal for me liking this place. ~Good hours and easy parking. I am a fan! Dragonfly Tea Bar, Orange… another reason the OC is the best place to live!
