By far, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The gentleman that answered the phone was so disrespectful, we will never eat dominos again.

We haven’t ordered anything from dominos in quite some time, but today we weren’t feeling well and wanted something to be delivered because we didn’t feel like getting out. I ordered online a ordered my favorite dominos Brooklyn style pizza and an 8 piece boneless wings. I was excited to see that they got a new mango habanero sauce, so I ordered an extra sauce and an extra ranch dressing. When our order was delivered I was upset to see that my chicken was delivered without my sauces. The delivery driver apologized and it was fine until I opened my long awaited Brooklyn style pizza and it was over cooked. When I called the store and told them that the order was not up to par and I wanted my money refunded to my card and wanted someone to come pick up the order because I did not not want it, I was rudely told that my pizza was not burned because he took it out of the oven himself. Then I was told that the exchange was already made and there wasn’t anything he could do about it. I was exasperated by the lack of customer service and by the way I feel that I was talked to. I put on my clothes and brought the order back to the store. I opened the pizza and told him that the pizza was clearly over cooked and that I just wanted a refund. I was then told that the pizza was not over cooked, that it was just under cheesed. I did get a refund, but the lack of customer service and argumentative nature of the employee was ridiculous. I will NEVER again order anything from a Dominos in Orange again.

This Domino’s Pizza has everything you’ve come to expect from the chain. Thankfully for the sake of mankind, Domino’s has realized their pizza isn’t gourmet and lowered their prices as well as created more deals. This particular location does deliver as far as South 87 at HWY105 and North 87 near the Forest Heights area for the typical fee. The pizza quality is usually good but placing orders over the phone usually gets you the wrong pizza if you don’t get hung up on. They do however seem to take quite a long time to complete an order usually do to a short handed staff and the typical turtle pace of employees. Though this seems negative, its fairly common among the other pizza joints and will most likely make you happy in the end. Average and A-OK…
