So the ice cream is okay, not exceptional, but it is an experience. I’ve been going there for years and now I always get the same flavor — Chocolate Devotion; you gotta have it. I have just one issue with this place — it’s way too expensive. A whole pint of Ben & Jerry’s costs less… But Coldstone is the experience of seeing them prepare the mess you’re about to eat in front of you.

Its a really nice place located in a beautiful and peaceful area. Staff was very friendly and polite. Has abundant parking space. Great sitting area to have some family time. Hard to locate for the first time as it is hidden beside Taco Bell.

I love Cold Stones and as long as they have Cookie Dough ice cream and Cookie Dough to add in I’m a Happy Camper!

This place is awesome. They honored my 2 for $ 5 coupon even thought it was on my smart phone. Great service from Ruthie who assisted us. Will return to this location for sure!

I love ice cream. Especially when I can add whatever I want into it. This particular Cold Stone is my fave. No long lines. No rude staff. Just remember to get a punch card if you frequent them.

As soon as we walked in the sweet smell in the air we knew were in trouble, we had the Mud pie mijo for coffee loves this is pure indulgence.

Not a super good coldstone location. It was really busy, and it seemed really rushed. The ice cream was pretty average… nothing too amazing. Service was alight. There also is nowhere to sit inside which is pretty inconvenient if you are hoping to eat with someone. There are tables outside if the weather is good.

Bad. This was my first time at Cold Stone. Went in and saw the«Founders Choice». It should be called FLOUNDERSCHOICE. It sounded good: vanilla ice cream with swirls of caramel, fudge, brownie and pecans. It looked good on the picture as well. i anticipated a mixture of different textures and flavors. What I got was a monogamous pile of bland sugar milk topped with«whipped cream»(cool whip) in a waffle cup. The waffle cup was the best thing about this disaster. After 5 or 6 bites outside it was time to go home. Nearly $ 7.00 wasted on what will be used as expensive coffee sweetener in the morning.

Great ice cream as usual. Totally under staffed. Waited for 25 mins for a love it size side by side order when I was third in the line.

Located across the street from the Orange Mall in the Target plaza. Look for the Togo’s and Taco Bell. Not a big Cold Stone and they don’t have tables to sit inside, but they have tables outside. They do have some cakes on display though. Sample the ice cream before you get it! What we got: Love It Size: Mint Ice Cream w/Chocolate Chips($ 5): how boring! BF enjoyed it though, but mint ice cream with chocolate chips can’t be messed up… Love It Size: Oreo Cream Filling Ice Cream w/White Chocolate Chips($ 5): I enjoyed the little sample of the oreo cream filling ice cream I had, but after a couple bites it started to tasted like nothing. Adding the white chocolate chips just made everything sweeter so big mistake. Service: The worker helping us was very nice. None of the flavors seem to catch my eye so she was patient with us as we decided. Look for coupons! Wouldn’t come to a Cold Stone without it… it’s just not the same anymore…

I’m admittedly more of a Yogurtland girl but if you’re in the mood for complete indulgence, then Cold Stone is for you. I had gotten some gift cards for Christmas last year so decided I finally needed to use them, especially in the So Cal summer heat. The staff here was very nice. Lots of choices for ice cream and combinations. Seating is only outside in the little courtyard area by Taco Bell but you can venture over to Target if you want some indoor seating with a/c or just get it to go. It’s not the cheapest ice cream ever, it’ll run you like $ 4 — $ 5 depending on what you get and what size but that’s pretty standard for ice cream places these days I think.

I understand it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work here. But if I say to go, put a damn lid on it. And if I give you $ 20.51 for something that is $ 15.51 since I want the $ 5. Don’t say no thanks & just take it out of the $ 20. Annoying young girls. Messing around with each other not paying attention to their customers.

I like it simple. Plain ice cream no toppings. Not plain as in Vanilla, just plan old ice cream. I just let the beast order. He usually orders some kind of coffee mix and I have a few bites. Located between Taco Bell and Togos in the Target shopping center sits Cold Stone. Parking is decent. Like the name, it’s made on a cold Stone. You Pick the flavor, and Pick your add ins, Then they slab it together and serve in a bowl, waffle Cone, waffle bowl ect. Pre designed flavors are also available. Service is good with a smile, but can be slow if they are busy. They also ran out of peanut chocolate waffle bowls. Boooo Not my fave icecream in the area but on a hot summer day it satisfied my icecream need.

The employees are great, one guy was particularly energetic and made me remember why I love coldstone(for the songs and creative ice cream). He was tossing the icecream and just having fun. I enjoyed myself and my icecream however when I asked if I could speak to a manager(so that I could compliment him!) they seemed unavailable. I literally made a Unilocal just so that they can hear that their employees at Orange are great :) 4 stars just because of then run around

I am a fan of Cold Stone. They took the one out by my house, so now when I need a fix I have to drive to Orange to get cracked out on «The Stone»… but it’s worth it. I used to just get an ice cream with a simple mix-in, like French Vanilla with strawberries but then I started trying the«Signature Creations» and got hooked. They’re more expensive of course, but I don’t go too often(kinda counteracts the whole working out thing), so it’s all good. Anyway, all the ice cream I’ve tried here I’ve really liked… The signature Mud Pie Mojo, the Chocolate Devotion, Cheesecake Fantasy, and my very favorite… Founder’s Favorite have also been really good! This place has perfected the combinations, but you are still able to let your wild side roam free and create whatever ice cream you desire.

Cold Stones is Back! 3.5 Stars and rounding up. New name, new staff, new phone number, and new yogurt bar! The staff is nice. I do miss the singing they used to do when you would leave a tip. Easy parking, also. I stick to my regular: 1) Cake Batter; 2) Banana; 3) Brownie; 4) Caramel. The Entertainment Guide has a deal. You can get two like it size ice creams with one add in for $ 6 bucks. I have to admit, I do like Baskin Robbins over any of the chain stores. Cold Stone Creamery and Yogurt Bar, Orange… another reason the OC is the best place to live!
