Two stars because my little girl had fun. If not for that, I would give this place one star. It’s filthy here. Leftover food and trash everywhere. Some of the«rides» were either out of order or simply took tokens without working(carousel, train, spinning chair thing). The only thing more disgusting than the germ infested play area was the attitude of the woman behind the ticket exchange counter. She really didn’t feel like working that day and she made that very clear by the way she was talking to everyone in line. Will not be returning anytime soon. Actually I take that back. Will not be returning ever.

I recently had a birthday party at this location and the service left much to be desired. When I booked the reservation, I was told that the food comes out 15 – 20 minutes after the party is suppose to start; the food did not come out until at best 30 minutes after we had been there and it did not come out all at once. I was left with hungry guests and many of them even ordered food because they were starving. The hostess I was assigned did not look at changes I had made to my reservation and as a result I did not receive items I had signed up for and I kept having to track her down throughout the whole party. They had a broken speaker system and so there was no way to round up all of the kids in my party at once. The hostess was friendly but defintely not enthusiastic or efficient. When I called to complain with guest relations I was told that the manager had reviewed the tape of the party and«everything looked good» so they will not offer any compensation. Everything was absolutely not ok and the response from management was unacceptable. If you want a party that will run smoothly, where you have to exert little to no effort then this is NOT the place to go. If you don’t mind chasing down your party hostess throughout the event, mistakes on your reservation, and starving guests then by all means this is the place to go.

Minus another 5 stars, Service was terrible, even the manager didn’t know what she was doing, I kept asking her the manager when was Chuck E due to come out and she told me that he only comes out in the late afternoon, It was 3pm so I asked her isn’t 3pm late afternoon, We been here for an hour and half and your poster sign says Performance every 30 minutes, 30 minutes later is when ChuckE came out. The Main Reason to visit Chuck E cheese is to See ChuckE, Play games and eat. Need to improve on management skills, I will be recommending that Corp send in Undercover Boss

I remember coming to Chuck’s back when I was a kid. I guess back then you didn’t really care much for service. As long as you had your arcade fun, you were good. Now as an adult, I find myself bringing my kids, and oh boy, this is one horrible place for customer service. Lol. Upon entering, you are welcomed by the counter staff. There you select either your token option, or meal and token combo. They tend to be friendly there, but I’m assuming that that’s because they’re trained to be the first face of the company that you come across with. Anyways, we ordered Pizza and wings, and they both took between 25−30min to be delivered to our table. It seemed as though the delivery person just slammed the items on our table and quickly rushed back into the kitchen. Didn’t stick around long enough for us to ask where our peppers and parm cheese was at. The food was good, and the wings meat came right off the bone. Can’t complain there. Once we were done, I stacked our pizza and wings tray and they sat at out table for a good 20−25min, before one of the(I’m assuming) managers came on by, and like a hawk, scooped it right off. You might think I’m exaggerating, but watch NatGeo and the same movement of a hawk snatching it’s prey, was the same one this person did. Didn’t ask if she could take it, didn’t ask if we were done. I used to be a server, and I know it’s always common courtesy to ask– ALWAYS! The game machines were alright. Not much variety, and some not working as they should. They don’t have much place for the machines they do have, so the place can get quite crowded. The price is a bit steep. $ 60 got us 80 tokens, one large pep pizza, 4 drinks, and a small order of wings. Not sure why it’s so expensive since maintaining the game machines, or keeping the place clean doesn’t seem to be at the top of their list. Being a parent, I guess I can only assume that I’ll be coming back sometime soon. I’ll try to convince my kids that Boomers may be a better option. That, or get em a Disney pass altogether.

It’s chuck e cheese, so you’ll have an average pizza and some decent games. The good news is that our kids always have fun here so that’s what matters. They have a good gluten free option if you have a sensitivity. It’s sealed in a separate package so you know there won’t be any cross contamination. Cheap, fun and decent place for a young family.

I took my kids(7&2) here on a Sunday. The place was a zoo, very crowded. The facility was clean and well maintained, with the exception of a few games and a ticket counter being off line. There is a lot of seating and a separate play area for the younger kids. Over all it was a fun time. Just be prepared for it to be crowded. It also seemed to be slightly under staffed. The workers were friendly and we enjoyed ourselves.

Fucking rodent looking like sandy cheeks got thrown in the blender was creepy as hell and made my kid uncomfortable. I began to question how the person in the costume even got a job here in the first place. First, when I showed up the customer service was terrible and the cholo at the front told me to take a seat and listen to what she was saying. Sorry, bitch can’t understand you with that accent. After my unpleasant experience with her, the rat was chasing my kid around. Kid tryna hide under tables to avoid him and couldn’t get away. Some kid pissed in the side and my kid came down without clothes on. I’m finished. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Let me try to make this sweet and short. Horrible customer service. We had our daughters 8th birthday here yesterday. You feel rushed the whole time by your hostess. As soon as you close your tab they can care less about you, even though we stayed and kept purchasing food items. I understand once your two hours are over you need to clear the party section for the next party. That’s what we did. The employees told us were we can sit, any booth that doesn’t say reserved. We even pointed it out to them to make sure and they said yes. so I had my whole party move. While some my guest were eating an employee told them they had to move now. It’s so unorganized and they seriously need to train their employees on customer service etiquette. These are just a few things that went wrong. I could keep going. Our first and last time we will have a birthday party at chuck e cheese. Save yourself some money and have your party somewhere else. I’m not the type to write bad reviews, I understand it’s tough working in customer service especially during busy days but come on. This just unacceptable.

Smells weird but you get used to it eventually. My daughter loves it here and I find it cleaner than most with almost all the games working.

Chuck E Cheese’s is awesome!!! What an amazing place to come bring your kids to have a good time and enjoy some cheap entertainment. We love coming here because the food is cheap yet quality ingredients and the kids LOVE it here. Many good games for them to play and Chuck E Cheese is great with the kids! We like to come here during the week days for the all you can eat buffet!!!

Weekdays, 11 am-3 pm, 5.99AYCE pizza and salad for adults, $ 3.99 kids 3 and over. What a deal! Last Tuesday I visited this CEC, and it was clean, well-maintained and rather quiet. I was so impressed! Like the 405 fwy, congestion turns a nice experience into a miserable hellhole, but wow, what a difference when traffic’s light! There was a game attendant there the whole time, testing and fixing games. When a game ate my token, he quickly helped and gave me a new one. The ticket machine jammed while eating my tickets. I asked an employee for help and was quickly assisted. I don’t mind when things go wrong– what else is life, if not imperfect– but I did appreciate how quickly these little snafus were resolved. I’ll be coming during the day more often, while my little one isn’t in school. I have been at this CEC when there are a bunch of kids roaming around; of course that’s not as ideal, but no reason to rate the place any less, IMHO. It is what it is– a place where a kid can be a kid. I make concessions with that in mind. The employees were so nice. Very courteous and friendly. Good work, Chuck E Cheese!

My son loves this place but it’s filthy. I understand they are dealing with bunch of kids but at least keep the restrooms clean. They do have nice employees but I think they need more help from corporate.

I’m surprised at the negative reviews. Recently, we spent my 6 year old cousin’s birthday here. It was Saturday afternoon, on the 4th of July and the place was nice and empty. Service was great, and more importantly, the pizza was much better than before. It seems they improved their pizza recipe cause the crust was light and crispy, with a good amount of toppings too. I believe we were all pleasantly surprised. Heck even the salad bar wasn’t bad at all. We had the pepperoni, combination, meat lovers and chicken /alfredo pizzas. All were pretty damn good. Oddly, however, the kids pizza had a different crust, and was more reminiscent of the brand’s old recipe. There are lots of games suited for kids of different ages, and as always, they spit out tickets for redemption of random trinkets and things.

This place is horrible! Avoid this one if you can! The restrooms have pieces of toilet paper with crap on them all over the floor. Theres not enough workers, when you need something they are no where to be found. A ton of the rides were out of order. Only 1 out of 4 ticket machines were working. It was a freakin mad house. Kids were jumping all over games and standing on tables(in the little kid area) and no one was telling them anything. The workers(when you did find one) looked miserable. I dont blame them to be honest. They were under staffed and there was not much they could do. The place was filthy. Right when we walked in and looked for tables there were no clean ones. Paper, ripped tickets, cups, plates and candy wrappers were all over the floor throughout the store. My family will NOT be going back there. Sad too because i was really excited to try this one out.

I’m reviewing this for what it is, a place to bring kids for fun. To celebrate a kid’s birthday. This is not designed to be a destination for pizza lovers. Compared to a jump house, say, for a birthday gathering, this is a step up. We held a small birthday gathering for our daughter(7 – 8 kids + equal number of adults). All in, for 4 pizzas, salads, beers(for the adults!), sodas, wings, breadsticks, about $ 250. We didn’t reserve a table, but there was plenty of space for us to commandeer 3 booths for all of us. The salad bar is unlimited, and the quality and variety of ingredients was very good. The pizzas were also good-sized and more than acceptable in quality. They do not skimp on toppings. The cheese breadsticks rocked. Cheese inside. Cheese outside. Killer. Beer. Ok. Only one selection was available. Budweiser. Ok. We needed the alcohol so couldn’t get picky. Hey. It was fresh, cold, and just fine! The noise level, you ask? It’s noisy. Kids are running everywhere, playing the many games(there are many many!), winning tickets to exchange for some trifle at the end of the day. But they are enjoying big time. I was impressed by the child security system. As you enter, you and your child are stamped with a unique number. That way, no child can leave with anyone other than with whom they entered. Parents don’t have to be constantly looking for this kid, and can sit back an enjoy the beer. Kudos to CEC. This location is very clean. The employees all very helpful and friendly, despite the constant din. A good choice for a kid’s gathering when you don’t want to mess up you house.

Oh the fear that strikes me when I get a invite for a friend or family’s kids birthday party. It can be pretty rough here and a freaking mad house. But you do what you can to pass the time and hold on for dear life and choke down some of that pizza and beer. This place is way to small for starters. There are much better locations than this one here in Orange. Plus this place every time I have been has been a disaster. I mean pretty freaking dirty. I wouldn’t let my boy crawl around on the floor here like I have seen happen. Bathrooms are pretty rough as well. Games here all consist of ticket games and are way over priced and are most of the time broken in some way. Do I need to even talk about the food? This place gives Little Caesars a run for its money but at least Little Caesars in cheap. Only saving grace for me is at least you can grab a beer and play a little skeeball or Deal or No Deal. Not a bad way to pass the time I guess… CHEERS!!!

This is the WORST chuck e cheese I have ever been to! I’ve seen cleaner in LACOUNTY and everyone swears would be worse! Service is also a JOKE! This was our 1st and let me say LAST time here. Dirty tables everywhere. Including DIRTYDIAPERS under a booth! Disgusting. They really need to work o. Their people skills especially being that it is a place for children!

Chuckee has been around for a long time and it’s really all about the kids. The pizza is not as good as it used to be. The slices have gotten smaller and the crust has changed, it’s like whatever. They have upgraded on some of the games and as usual have a few that are down. The customer service was great and everyone was happy, maybe because we came when it was not busy. It’s an every now and then spot to keep the kids busy and happy for bit.
