I was a hair color virgin, hence, this was my first time doing balayage. I’m so glad I entrusted my hair to Cassy. She spent 3.5 hours coloring, toning, conditioning, and styling my hair. My hair was frizzy and by end of our session, was silky. The subtle color was stylish and classy. I most appreciate the time and care Cassy put in her work. She wants her clients to look and feel fabulous. I will return for sure.

This place never fails me. Great products; great staff; and great prices. Would not go anywhere else to get my supplies. Best place around!

I was in search for a Beauty Supply store that would provide salon grade products for damaged hair and came across Cassy’s in Orange. The staff here know their products very well. Not only did I find a store that carries quality products, I found a professional hairdresser, Cassandra who knows hair and knows hair color. I was in need of color correction and deep conditioning. Cassandra is an experienced hairdresser, answered all my questions and also walked me through all the steps it would take to correct my overly bleached dark hair. Cassandra is very personable and made me feel very comfortable. After a careful process, my hair is back to a beautiful color and I am so happy with it!

Hi I just went in to this supply store a few days ago because of the positive Unilocal reviews and it appeared to have a lot of supply. I called first and the male on the phone was polite and informative. I drove from home in irvine got there in 15 – 20 minutes with some slight traffic because it was mid afternoon. Two guys were working and they both offered assistance. .i seriously told them I was looking for remy natural hair clip ins and they helped me and I was out of there in about 10 minutes. They were VERY polite. knew what I wanted. matched hair color and length (even with my natural hair being curly since I’m multiracial)…i will definitely be coming back. .i spent about $ 160 for 18 inch remy clip ins. which is norm for a good quality hair that could last months plus.

This place is really big and the staff are very helpful, even over the phone. I called in with specific product questions and the person who assisted me was patient and did not rush me off the phone. Will definitely be returning.

Back at my favorite hair spot. Clean store excellent staff… only thing I wish is for them to mo e closer to Beverly Hills! Lol… This is a must go!

It’s because of my Irish heritage mother, thinning hair for ladies at midlife in your as soon as late 30s now 40s, that I’m shopping for hair extensions to fill out.
I’m still trying them on.

I’m a bit disappointed at this place. My hair stylist recommended this place to buy hair extensions. Indeed, they do have a large selection of wigs, extensions, and hair products, their prices are really unreasonable. $ 189 + tax for a set of Remy clip-​on extensions?
The same product /​similar products can be found online for so much less!
The two sales guys were helpful and knowledgeable. But the owner (Vietnamese lady) indeed did watch all the customers like a hawk. Like other Unilocal reviewers who noticed this, I did too.
I ended up spending over $ 400 to buy extensions here, but only because I’m in a time crunch and I have to get them today due to an upcoming formal event.
Due to the prices, I won’t be returning here. :(

Stoked I found this store!
I was out pretty early the other morning looking for some hair supplies for my mixed daughters hair. Sally’s was one of the only beauty supply stores opened before 10:00. NO LUCK!!!
Decided to wait it out til they opened at 10:00. As soon as I walked in one of the nice gentlemen that work there asked me what I was looking for, led me in the right direction and gave me prices for what I was looking for.
HUGE selection of hair products for all ethnicities. Barettes, beads, combs, brushes, weaves, hair extensions, shampoos, conditioners, etc.
While checking out I was chatting with the men and they informed me that they had been down the road at their previous location for over 10 years and that if there is anything in particular you are looking for and they don’t have just to let them know and they can get it for you! They have a rewards card and were extremely friendly. I have already told friends about this place and will continue to do so! Thanks for giving such great customer service!
