Awesome overall experience. The crew did a great job. Price was fair (got three quotes and they were right there). Got testimonial from nearby neighbo/​customer. Very easy to work with. Flexible to do landscape and/​or consulting about landscape as well as putting green design of course.

Customer service level was poor in helping to choose right product. The turf burned from glare off window owner should have let us know this could happen before the fact not after. The crew also did a patchwork job that had the grain of turf running the wrong way and also said some unkind remarks in Spanish not knowing my mother understood Spanish. We tried many times to get situation resolved up to this time still unresolved. My mother had to spend extra to have awnings put on to save the turf. We would not recommend action turf.

We had a big turf job and after interviewing several companies we choose Boone Action Turf. Matt and his team did a great job meeting our needs and making sure we made an informed buying decision. We are looking to do another project and will definitely use B.A.T.
