Allergy Partners of Orange County

I’ve had a GREAT experience with Dr Chao Lin, and if money were no object, I would be excited about the practice, BUT since Galant and Lin MDs joined Allergy Partners, I’ve had a HORRIBLE time with the billing. The office staff doesn’t really know much about it since it’s centralized in North Carolina, and to get any assistance, you have to call a place in North Carolina, where you rarely get a hold of a person, end up leaving a message, and hoping you’ll get a call back when you’re free. There’s no patient portal (although you’re constantly told there is on the billing paperwork), and I’ve been billed for the same date of service 3 times (we paid each time, but each time they said the funds went toward paying for a different date of service that somehow had magically been left unpaid when I paid my copay). I just got a «Final Notice» for that payment date which we’ve paid 3 times – not sure what’s going on. Sad. Great Dr, but the billing is killing me.
