I absolutely can’t rave enough about Cal and the great job he does cutting my hair. He does a great job each and every time.
The prices are reasonable and the entire staff is friendly.
I would suggest making an appointment, as they stay pretty busy and you may have to wait a while without one.

This is definitely a Guys barber shop in every since with a more urban feel & staff. The prices are a bit high for a typical barber shop, but they do quality work and pay attention to detail for your money. All the men on staff seemed to be very respectful of each other’s craft and willing to help out when they can.
Although I’m not a fan of letting someone else shave or trim my beard & mustache, they offer those services too with your haircut or by itself.

Thanks so much to my dear friend Athena for recommending Legends and Cal! We’ve been trying to find hubby the perfect barber for years now and each and every attempt has been a complete fail! A year or so ago, I finally bought a pair of clippers and just started shaving his head myself. Well, when Athena told me her boyfriend drove all the way from Arlington to Orange Park to see Cal, I knew he had to be good!
We stopped in yesterday and hubby got the best hair cut of his life. Cal is amazing, y’all. I’ve never seen anyone take so much time and be so thorough. Cal is a real perfectionist! The lines are just perfect! Cal even took the time to trim hubby’s eyebrows and shave his face with the clippers. My hubby looked like a new man when he got up from that chair!
Side note: Cal is also the owner and is a bonafide New Yorker. Totally cool guy!
The shop is really nice and clean. Very sleek. The barber chairs are über comfy. Yes, I sat in one while Carl was cutting hubby’s hair because I’m just nosy like that. Don’t judge! LOL
They have a couple of really nice flatscreens here there and had an NBA game playing. Even as a female, I love basketball, so it was nice to be able to catch the game while talking which Cal and the hubby.
Prices here are very reasonable. After everything Cal had done to clean up hubby, my mouth almost hit the floor when he finished and said, «That’ll be $ 20.» What?! All of that for only $ 20?! We’ve paid $ 20 in the past and he hasn’t even gotten a decent haircut, not to mention all the extras! Thanks, Cal! You rock!
Needless to say, Cal has a new customer for life! I can’t see hubby going anywhere else or to anyone else for his haircuts again!

Very clean barbershop with a chill inside atmosphere. I’m new to the area, so looking for a new barbershop is one of the first things on my list. I found this place while looking for a Chick-fil-a.kinda got lost but found my here so I figured I’d get a cut. Ernest welcomed me as soon as I entered the door and offered to cut my hair. I asked for a bald fade and he hooked it up very nicely. He followed up my line up with the straight razor which was a huge plus. Will definitely return. Military gets a discount on haircuts Monday — Wednesday!

Llegends Barber Shop is located right next to Wells Rd Liquors behind the Burger King off of Wells Rd. A very clean shop, my boyfriend makes the drive from Arlington to see his barber who transplanted himself here from another place.
Anytime my boyfriend comes here his barber takes very good care of him. Always making sure every line is neat, clean, and straight. This guy has always left him looking Clean and ready to take on the world.
Brought my son in another occasion, and the barber who took care of him was careful and very patient. Julian was still fidgety and not very good in the chair but this guy took the time to do his hair and his eyebrows with the razor and left my son looking very sharp.
I would definitely come here more often for my son, but it’s a bit of a drive for me… on the other hand, my boyfriend makes the trip all the way out here just to see his barber and refuses to change. That says a lot about the quality and customer service received.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a genuine New York style barber shop with high quality service. Ask for Cal.
