I have heard a LOT of bad things about him, I have seen his shop. I have seen how he walks around in flip flops, black feet and really dirty shop. He advertises this mess. I have seen him yelling at customers. I have heard friends of mine say he has chased them with a baseball bat for just asking the status on their desktop. He has an F rating with the BBB and has 9 complaints on there. I have seen him overprice things. I have also seen him yell at customers. He thinks that his memory is perfect but when he is stuck in his own ego, how can he remember anything? I will never take my stuff there again.
Upon further investigation, here are his customer complaints on BBB.

Absolutely HORRIBLE place to take your business. I spent over $ 300 upfront to have a few ipads, and iphone screens replaced, worst mistake ever… the screens would sit in the frame and constantly lifted, a wifi connector was broke (could only get wifi sitting next to the router), screws were lost and never replaced, broken glass left inside so they had a constant rattling. Now… every single glass broke again due to not sitting in the frame and one ipad is completely dead and the apple store told me that the broken glass left in it damaged the internals. Flush your money down the toilet somewhere other than here.
