Batteries Plus Bulbs

So, I go and purchase a back up battery for my camera at batteries plus bulbs @ 36 A Blanding Blvd on 10÷4÷14. I found my back up battery a few days later and went to get a refund for my unused battery on 10÷14÷14 being I was within the 14 day period for returns. The store manager by the name of John Norris asked me why I opened the package in the manner that I did and I replied «I’m in nursing school and not in retail so; I’m not up to date for the proper procedures on how to open a package according to the retail world». I asked for the district mangers number and he told me that he is not available. I didn’t ask if he was available I asked for his number but whatever. At that point, he tossed my purchase back on the counter and told me that I need to call my nursing school and tell them what kind of person they were dealing with. So, I informed him that they were dealing with an intelligent person being I compete against hundreds of people to get into the program. On my way out I told John Norris, that being he is such a tough guy that he can feel free to call me being he has my number that I left for district manager and I’ll gladly take it take it up with him. So, to summarize Batteries Plus off Blanding Blvd does not honor their refund policy if you don’t open your package up to store manager John’s Norris standards. Three things that never happened: I never got a call from the district manager, I never got a refund and I never got a call from the store manager named John. Still waiting on your call John Norris!!!

I love this store!!! They always have everything you could possibly need when it comes to batteries! Car batteries, cell phones, laptops, watches you name it! Even my motorcycle is covered. Great prices! Even cheaper than the big box stores on light bulbs!

I have been in to see these guys twice and they have been very helpful both times on problems I was having, one on a laptop battery and the second on a camera’s battery door. The sales were not big sales but that was no issue for them. Highly recommended, batteries are stocked and also bulbs.
