These guys are great. We went to dinner at the Irvine Spectrum and Xecutive Shuttle drove us. The car was clean, the driver was pleasant and professional, and the price was reasonable. What more could you ask for?

Great rides, and fantastic service. Giovanni went above and beyond to take care of us, which included us needing a toddler seat. He was amazing and we’ll be utilizing Xecutive’s service anytime we’re in the OC from now on.

The service was outstanding! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I used this service to pickup (and return) friends to LAX. After researching online I found their prices to be better than any others I came across. Their website is great and the online reservation system is easy to navigate so you know the exact price before booking. After booking I promptly received an email confirmation. I had a few questions and the owner, Gio, was super responsive by phone and email. On the day of the airport pickup I received another email confirmation with pickup time, flight information and the name and phone number of the driver. When our friends landed they immediately received a call from the driver notifying them that he was curbside and ready. The driver was impeccably dressed, professional, courteous and friendly. The car was a new Cadillac which was clean and comfortable. My friends were even offered bottled water. The return trip to the airport was just as efficient. The driver arrived promptly (even a little early) in a new SUV. This company exemplifies my idea of great customer service from their online booking system to their communication by phone, text, email and their reliable, safe transport. This was the first time I used this company and it won’t be the last!

We used Executive shuttle to get to John Wayne Airport very early in the morning. Giovani was right on time with a lovely car. He was very engaging. We had a very nice ride to the airport. We booked a round trip and look forward to our ride home from the airport. I highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend Xecutive. Otis (our driver) was early for our trip to LAX — we had to leave at 5:45 am, and the return home — we didn’t get in until 10pm. He was both professional and friendly. There were seven of us, and the SUV easily accommodated all of us and the luggage. I will be using them for my transportation needs moving forward.

Was in Los Angeles the past few days for a conference and used Executive Shuttle & Transportation, Inc. to/​from LAX to Anaheim, CA. The service was first class and Gio arrived on-​time in a black Escalade. I booked online and it was super easy. Phone calls were also answered promptly when I had to make a slight change to my reservation and when I called on the pick-​up days. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will use again if my travels take me back to the LA area. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

First class service at a reasonable price! I needed someone to drive me from Irvine to Beverly Hills at the last minute. Executive Shuttle not only arrived on-​time in a roomy classy black Escalade but also got me to my appointment early. The driver, Victor, dressed professionally in nice shirt, slack, and tie. He was courteous and spoke perfect English. A bottled water was available to make the long ride extra comfortable. Thank you Executive Shuttle for the classy service. I would recommend you to my friends and family anytime.

X Shuttle is to service as Jordan is to basketball. The owner was my driver and I must say that I left feeling 8 foot tall and bullet proof. He offered stops, water, snacks, and anything else I might need.
Also, his driving was Xcellent!!! (Unlike other cheap service companies)

I had to arrange a ride to LAX from Orange County for myself and a co-​worker on a limited budget. I called a few places to get price quotes but I did not feel comfortable using any of the businesses I talked to. I called Xecutive Shuttle by chance to see what their price would be and I was very surprised when they were able to beat the price of a local competitor. I spoke with Gio and he was very professional and courteous. I explained that I would need to be picked up from my residence and then another co-​worker would need to be picked up in another city and taken to the airport. He was more than happy to accommodate our needs of a double pickup. He arrived promptly with a very beautiful and clean BMW, WOW, I felt like a queen! We then picked up my coworker and made it to LAX with no problems whatsoever.
On our return flight our plane had scheduling problems and we had to switch arrival time. I called Gio to let him know that our flight had been changed and he said no problem and just to send him the updated information. When the plane landed the drive (Dee) promptly called me to let me know she was her and asked what door number I was at so she could pick us up. She was also very professional and courteous.
I had such a great experience with this company and highly recommend them!

We just utilized the services of Xecutive Shuttle within the past week. I have to tell you that the service was very professional yet personal! They kept in contact with me and confirmed times, dates, flights, etc… It was a relief to know that I could count on them to keep their commitments and to arrive on time. Phenomenal service! On-​time, courteous, professional, fun, and completely reasonable rates. I will definitely be using Xecutive Shuttle again. Honestly, there’s just no other choice when it comes to luxury car service, in my opinion!
My (adult) daughter and I took a short mother-​daughter trip just before Christmas and wanted something other than a shuttle or taxi for transport to and from the airport and our resort near Disneyland. From making the reservations all the way to the end of our trip, I was completely and totally satisfied and impressed. Devetria took our reservations over the phone and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. Giovanni was our driver for both our arrival and our return trip home and picked us up in the black-​on-​black Escalade which was sparkling clean from bumper to bumper with a stunningly spotless, roomy, and comfortable interior.
Giovanni already knew our flight was running a bit late and called my phone immediately upon our landing to ensure us that he was there and available as soon as we had collected our baggage and were ready to be picked up. After calling to let him know our location, he was there in less than five minutes. He was all smiles upon picking us up as he assisted us with our luggage and happily took our picture. He immediately asked us what type of music we’d like to listen to and then engaged us in conversation throughout our ride. He was so easy to chat with… like a friend picking you up from the airport.
The same was true for our return trip home. Giovanni gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare and was just as charming and delightful as he was when he picked us up. Both my daughter and I agree that Giovanni made us feel special… like celebrities… and provided first-​class service in every way.
Not only are they on time, they will call ahead to let you know they are on their way… taking the guesswork out of «are they really going to show up?» Yes, they are really going to show up and they’re going to be on time and they are going to assist you with your luggage and provide first-​class service to and from your destination. If you request a particular vehicle, that is the vehicle that will pick you up and it will be spotless. Concerned about whether or not your driver will be courteous, professional and provide stellar service? You don’t even need to consider any of that when using Xecutive Shuttle. It’s guaranteed.
I will NEVER take a taxi or shuttle service again. After experiencing the luxury of a private car service, the mere thought of public transportation makes my skin crawl! I have not one negative word to say about this company. I will always use Xecutive Shuttle when I am in the area. You cannot put a price on this kind of personal, private, luxury service when you want to treat yourself. Thank you so much Giovanni! We had a blast and enjoyed our time with you!

I called to ask about discounted rates and was told by Giovanni that I could get a $ 50 rate over the phone, or 10% discount using the special rate code located on the bottom of the webpage. (My reservation was for two adults and one child who needed a booster seat.)
I chose to make my reservation on-​line and after completing all the required info, I processed the request. However, it did not show the discount. I sent an e-​mail to Giovanni who promptly (within a few hours) replied and made the adjustment to the flat $ 50 rate for both trips from John Wayne airport to one of the Disney hotels.
The pick-​up was smooth. Our driver Donovan was at the airport just as we landed. I called him back with our location after getting our luggage and we were at our hotel with 25 minutes. Donovan was not overly talkative, but when asked or engaged in small chat he responded. He has been driving in Orange County for 10 years, and prior to that in DC.
Our return was scheduled for an evening pick-​up that was changed to a noon-​time pick up. I phoned Giovanni and left a voice mail requesting the change, as well as an e-​mail. He called me back about an hour later. There was no issue with an early pick-​up.
Our return driver was Demetria (sorry if it is spelled wrong). She called us at about 10:30am saying she was waiting for us at the hotel. I told her the correct time was noon and we would be there then. No problem at all. We were a few minutes early, and got back to the airport again within 25 minutes.
The two Chevy Suburbans we were in were clean, comfortable and had a booster seat for our son. I will DEFINITELY use them again should we need driver service from John Wayne airport again.

Wow, Im so glad for Unilocal. I needed a reliable and punctual transport to John Wayne and these guys delivered. I use car services at least 2 times a month and Xecutive Shuttle is at the top! Clean, on time, helpful, and very professional. Great job guys! Will be using you guys from now on. It is very refreshing to see a company these days that takes so much pride in their work
