I’ve lived in several apartments in several states and this is by far the least of them. First, upon moving in I realized their attempt at «cleaning» the apartment prior to my arrival was dismal at best. There were stains in the fridge, food and liquid splattered on the cabinets, trash in the pantry, the floors were dirty and clearly, it never occurred to anyone to hit the baseboards with a broom… ever. It was one of the dirtiest units I have ever seen. They did come back in and clean it, but could have done better. Thank goodness they replaced the carpet before I moved in.
If you pick an apartment on the first floor, be aware that you will hear every drawer, cabinet, and door close from your neighbors upstairs (and the ones next to you). You will hear them take every step.
Also, I would have appreciated someone telling me prior to moving in that there are no overhead light fixtures in the bedrooms or living rooms. That would have been useful when I was making my decision on where to lease an apartment.
Additionally, parking is a joke here. If you have a job that goes past 6 or 7 in the evening, good luck finding parking when you get home. Many folks just park in the no parking zones because there aren’t enough parking spaces. I’m just thankful I have a short term lease while my home is being built.
My advice, look elsewhere to rent. There are better properties out there for the money.

Management «lost» my written notice to vacate and charged rent after property was vacated for over 30 days prior to lease ending. Charged for «damages» without reviewing property with me. If you like renting from giant faceless, nameless corporations this is the place for you!

Great community to leave in. Friendly management team, regular communication from the leasing office and genuine care for the residents. We just renewed our lease another year and asked to have a carpet cleaner referred as I wanted to pay to have them cleaned — they said no problem and had someone come clean them within a week free of charge since we’d been there over a year. No maintenance issues, no major parking issues — we rented a garage at a reasonable rate which I recommend to anyone who needs a little space or has more than one car. There are regular events and special community get together they throw during different holidays (Valentines, Christmas party etc.) Food trucks come in once a month for residents. The pool is always clean and refreshing. My husband and I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath that we love, perfect for our family. It’s close to everything we need (Walmart, Target, publix). It’s gated and there are regular maintenance members available if we need any assistance.
It’s a pet friendly kid friendly place — they just re-​paved the entire community as well and did so pretty organized so to not disrupt as much as possible. My wish list: a small kids play ground– but i still give five stars!
