Chili’s

Had a terrible experience here. Ordered a chicken mex bowl, and the chicken was pink! The manager dared to argue with me that it was done, but remade it anyways. So while my better half and his dad ate their dinner, I had to sit there, hungry as hell, and twiddle my thumbs while I waited for my food. I then waited over ten minutes for a glass of water before I finally went up to the bar and got it myself. Their beans were cold, and had to ask for a fresh bowl. And after all of the nonsense, we were still charged for my mex bowl. After arguing with the manager for about five minutes, he finally gave us a discount. Terrible service, they lost some customers today. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere.

I arrived last night at 6:15 with my family. 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 4 years old). Due to having young kids we have learned to order our food when we order our drinks. Within 5 minutes we had our chips and guacamole, which was great. Drinks came then too. Our food however didn’t come until 7:20. Really? Two grilled cheese sandwiches, a burger and chicken crisper. Food was alright, but kids didn’t want to eat bbq because they were ready to go. We ordered dessert only because it was my son’s birthday. Took forever! Finally left around 7:50. I think I’m done with chili’s. I’ve never been fooled by the all day happy hour. Each beer is about 8 ounces. Thoroughly disappointed!

Decent Chili’s restaurant, great bean burger, fast service, easy access, plenty of parking, right off Highway, avocado dip made in the spot,. Need better wine selection.

My husband and I went there for dinner and was told 15 – 20 minute wait and that was fine 40 minutes last we get seated only to be ignored by our waitress. She never came and said I’ll be right with you or anything so we got up and left. Terrible management and customer service

Typical Chillis, they have improved their menu and have a larger selection of items. Overall the food was good. Service was ok not fast or slow but could have been faster since at the time we went it was half empty. Did not like the fact that the Makers was not 2 – 1 happy hour.

My first trip as a Unilocaler to this Chili’s location was on a date night with my husband. It was rather late, probably about 8pm when we arrived. The food was great, no complaints in that department at all!
The problem we had was with our waitress. She acted as if we stopped her from going home or maybe she just had enough of dealing with people for the night. She didn’t have a pleasant attitude, was very straight forward, and didn’t spend much time on us. Anyway, I said something to Chili’s management without pointing out who the waitress was. I was hoping for a team meeting rather than getting someone into trouble. They offered for us to come back on their dime. Our next visit was a much better one. We were greeted with a pleasant host and a waitress with a positive attitude. Our food on this visit was just as good as the last visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. After all, the 2 for $ 20 menu is perfect for our date night.
Tip! Try the Mango Margarita rimmed with sugar and zest! Amazing!

It’s Chili’s…
The server was responsive and pleasant and the atmosphere is calibrated with corporate precision to be pleasant for the broadest audience possible.
My steak was cooked to order, but had a strangely «enhanced» beef taste that I would call «chemical marinate.» The broccoli was nicely cooked.
The «skillet mashed potatoes» were good. They were clearly from a box, but none the less, very good boxed mashed potatoes.
All in all, three stars in its class. Don’t come here expecting anything spectacular. It’s good chain food with good service.

Chili’s in orange city is always packed but surprisingly there is never a wait. The food and service has also never suffered despite how busy they get. That shows that this Chili’s knows how to operate and treat customers.
I ordered a 10z sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was cooked correctly– medium rare — and the mashed potatoes were really good. I appreciated how quickly the food arrived at our table.
If you’re looking for consistency and decent food, Chili’s never disappoints.

Always loved Chili’s, but this location was the worst! Thankfully they’ve really picked things up. Service is so much better and the new menu has a lot of tasty (and healthy) options.
We’ve had consistent service the last 3 times we’ve visited.
Welcome back Saxon Blvd Chili’s!

I love this place and that were kids always ask me to go to in our family nights. Unfortunately their drinks are getting more and more watery and this is no go for me. Other than that I will highly recommend!

I haven’t been big on eating at chain restaurants for reasons that include over priced, sub tasting food, and poor service. I’m not a blogger in any fashion; but let it be known that this Chili’s experience was amazing. Had the Bottomless soup and salad. Southwest Chicken was perfect and salad was great. The server was wonderful.

I bought a couple appetizers last night at the curb side ordering service. Never again. The food tasted old and so very obviously nuked. I can do that at home and for far less money.

The place was packed due to Cinco de mayo, which I’m sure this isn’t their first cinco de mayo, however they had 1 bartender on. She was taking care of all the serving staff orders and trying to run the bar. Needless to say, people at the bar were waiting for 10 minutes plus to get a drink, and so leaving. Don’t get me wrong she was doing her best, but the genius who scheduled 1 bartender on one of the busiest drinking days should be fired. So dirty dishes and glasses were strewn on every surface behind the bar for over an hour. It was like a wasteland. I have the pictures to prove it. The food was good when it came no faults there. My last shot at chilis is the 2 for 1 margaritas. As it’s cinco de mayo these should be good. Otherwise it’s an insult right? Well they weren’t. They were watered down and had less alcohol in them than the tap water. I didn’t even want my second one. I didn’t come out to drink juice. Shame on you chilis. It was like a lemon and lime juice. Needless to say I was disappointed

I really like this Chili’s it’s close to home. The drinks are cold and delicious. The food is always what you would expect from a good Chili’s. The staff is always courteous and friendly. My only complaint about Chili’s in general (not just this one) is there’s too much junk on their tables. Stuff always ends up on the floor or on another table. FIX THIS CHILI’S PLEASE.

We made a pit stop while on the way back from a trip to Mt. Dora. I give Chili’s a lot of credit for being consistent. You could eat at 50 different Chili’s restaurants and its the same experience. We liked our server as he was a fellow runner and we chatted about that. What made this experience better than a regular visit to Chili’s as they had the table top screens that we could use to add items and pay our bill without waiting on the server which speeds up our time when in a rush. Good Job to Chli’s and the company who created those machines. Should be at every casual dining place.

We were a big family that stopped here for a late lunch on our way home after a visit to Daytona Beach. The food & atmosphere were good, which is typical for Chili’s. But, our server, Deb, was top-​notch. She was very attentive to all our needs (we sat at separate tables). She had a very upbeat personality. All servers should strive to be like Deb!

Just had a perfect meal served by Brett. Very proactive. Never had to ask for anything. Best experience since last had Seth as a server. If you go, ask for either Brett or Seth.

I have to say that I LOVE Chili’s – I just don’t like this location very much. I’ve tried ordering steak from this location a few times, and it’s never turned out great. The last time they brought out my first steak completely over cooked, and I mean it was noticeably wayyy over done. The second time the cow was still kicking. The manager came out and said «would you like me to have them make you a third steak?». Uhmmmm, what do you think? Not so much dude. I appreciate the friendly service, but the steak sucks. I know it’s a chain restaurant, and I shouldn’t have such high expectations, but I really wanted a freaking steak. I’ll go back for chips and salsa at the bar!

Only thing good at this place is there presidente margaritas & that’s only if u tell them not to over do the sour mix. Oh there chips r thin & salty & I like that. But they always get our orders wrong, or the a/​c isn’t working or it take an hour to get ur food & it’s not even crowded.

I live close to this place and have been here several times. I have to say I have had less than good service and the food has been bad more than once. I will not come back here and would not advise others to eat here either.
