Chick-fil-A

I came here on our way to Orlando. We chose to come to chick fil a because of the kids. I ordered a large side superfood salad. Idk how this place has 5 stars because the attitudes of the employee I spoke with was very snarky. I order this salad all the time and they literally gave me the skimpiest portion ever. When I went to the front to ask if this was really it, I was told well it’s in a different container so it’s spread out more. So basically I got a small size portion in a large container and just paid extra for the container. I obviously didn’t pay extra for the food because it wasn’t there. I’m upset because I worked at chick fil a and know how you are supposed to treat customers. I’m not looking for a hand out but when I’m paying money I want what I pay for. I would love to give this place 5 stars because everything was on par. This just really made my whole experience unpleasant and all I could think about was how disappointed I was. I’ll post a pic of my sad salad before I took a bite so you can see for yourself. I will note that my actual server was a nice young man. But the young girl I asked about my salad was rude.

Fast food and good eats. Chicken very tasty, coleslaw the best, easy, quick and reasonable.

I know, it’s a chain and I get that… but this place is amazing and worth the 5 star review. Not all chains are created equally and most (in my opinion) fall short and then you regret eating fast food. Not this place.
All I can say is I’m hooked on chicken tenders now and I dont care how insane their prices are. Their Chick-​fil-​a sauce is amazing!

I love love love love Chick-​fil-​A! No matter which one you go to you’re always greeted with a smile. The food is always great, especially the little breakfast chicken biscuits.

I love Chic Fil A food, Always have. We’re regulars at this particular one in Orange City, they’re on our route, and they are consistent always. Super friendly, hot fresh food, it’s so nice to open the bag and not have a sense of dread as to what might be messed up today. They need to open one in Deland! I’m just sitting here all happy with my food.

Decided on having breakfast at Chick-​fil-​A for the first time and overall I was very pleased. I hardly ever eat chicken for breakfast but I will probably have it more often now. I had the Chick N Minis which are mini chicken nuggets served on a fresh mini biscuit roll. I also received a healthy portion of hash browns and they were fried to perfection. As far as service goes, I’ve never encountered a problem. It’s obvious that they hold customer service as a priority and this time was no different. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with smiles and at 7am, that’s always a good start to the day!

This Chick-​fil-​A is usually pretty busy. Good for business, bad for those of us in a hurry. Or at least it would be if the employees here were slackers. These gals (and guys I’m sure, but everytime I go it is always a female helping me) have their job down. Always quick and efficient, never an issue with my order, and always extremely polite. Even if I didn’t like their chicken biscuit I would probably come here.
Of course, I do like their chicken biscuit. It is just delicious. So simple (chicken on a biscuit), but so good. Definitely glad I decided to try it. Their chicken sandwich is good as well, but not biscuit good.
The other thing I really enjoy is their vanilla milkshake. Absolutely delicious. Probably one of the best around. Excellent flavor and good consistency.
If you haven’t already, give them a shot. Totally worth it.

This place is PACKED most all of the time however they always greet you with a smile. The orders come out quick and correct each time. One of the staff even comes around to offer to fill up your drink which is so nice.

Southern hospitality in Florida?! I can’t believe how friendly and service oriented the staff is. I thought that kind of service was a lost art.

We moved from NYC to Florida in 2005, until then we never heard of Chick-​Fil-​A so we tested it out not too long after we got into town & did not like it to be honest. FFWD to 2011 when we buy a house in the area and my 3 year old keeps asking to go here b/​c of the play place. We finally caved and are thrilled our little guy knew what he was talking about!
This location is fantastic, from the front to the back and the top to the bottom. I’ve even seen the Owner/​Operator clearing tables and cleaning trays. The young adults at the counter are always on their game. The drive thru is quick and accurate.
Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and all around great at their job. You get the same service whether there are 15 or 50 people in the place. When you have a 3 year old and are always on the run, consistency is required and when it comes with a smile and «how are you today?» it keeps you coming back.

Food was fresh and service was fast!

The first time I had Chick-​Fil-​A in my life was at this exact location. AWESOME MOMENT that I’ll NEVER FORGET! Since then, I LOVE Chick-​Fil-​A! I’ve ate here twice and the only reason I deduct 1 star is the second time I ate here I expected the same goodness I had the first time but something wasn’t quite right… oh yes, my food wasn’t HOT! Bad customer service. I didn’t want to bother going up there since there was already a lot of people waiting in line and I was hungry. Oh well, kinda sucks.
Anyway, watch out for bums and druggies… a couple once approached my friends and I here asking for $ 50 bucks because they were «homeless and recently laid off»…PSH YEAH RIGHT! The girl was wearing a frickin Coach purse. My roommate is a little neive and TOO nice and she offered to buy them food. They said «we don’t want to waste your money, so we’ll just share 1 meal»…UM…WHAT, YOU THINK $ 50 isn’t «WASTING MONEY!!» F– OFF druggies! Leave us in peace to eat Chick-Fil-A…by the way, this happened on my FIRST TIME EVER eating Chick-​Fil-​A. Like I said, I’ll NEVER forget that day.
Oh, and as a previous Unilocaler stated… somehow everytime I also craved Chick-​Fil-​A, it was ALWAYS on a Sunday… and it’s a Christian-​run business so of course they close. Remember that next time you go. Now you know.

It’s a fast food place so not much to be said about the food. They are all the same. But the kids play place is smelly & has a film of greasy stuff all over it. The bathrooms need to be cleaned twice as often & if u go during lunch rush u r lucky to get a seat. They just re did the inside but did nothing to the kids play area. What a shame

Chick fil-​a is my favorite fast food chain. That’s all. Except WTF?! I always want it on Sunday and they are never open. Geesh
