Robinson Moving

I scheduled Robinson movers of Orange Beach, Al. to move my furniture on Jan. 1^st, 2016. On the morning of the move, they called me and said they would be at my home around 9:00, they were scheduled for 8:30 but i said 9:00 was fine. I got busy getting things together and making sure everything was packed up, 2 friends were there helping inside. About 9:30 i called movers because i still have not heard from them, when i reached the owner of company, he said the 3 guys that were to move me said they arrived at my home and i cursed them and ran them off. I said what??? I want them here, why would i run them off!!! I told owner i have not seen the moving guys and they have not came yet. He said ill send them there, they must of went to wrong address. Ok… I said its getting late in the day, i hope they are on their way. i waited another hour, called to see why they havent arrived… Owner, denny says they came by again and supposely i went outside, told them off and ran them off. I said no no no, i have not seen them, im waiting for them. Well next, the owner brings them to my house and the 2 young movers said yes it was me that ran them off. They did not want to work that day, it was new years day, but they were scheduled too. I was terribly upset about what these guys did, and accused me in front of their boss of telling them off and running them off!!! I never did even see them! A mean thing to do to me to get out of work. The boss didnt act in a professional way whatsoever, he went along with them. I had the friends at my house to call as they were witnesses the movers never came. This company should not be in business, the owner is still letting the dishonest employees work for him. I didnt get moved that day, and it was the deadline to be out of the house i sold. This company did a mean low down thing to me. Some of the other moving companies know about what happened, they suggested i call the BBB, and put comments on Unilocal
